Great people working for Summit! They’re always polite when they come in to my office. One of the guys noticed the spicket on my water tank was broken. He brought in one from his truck and fixed my water tank. Who does that?! AWESOME!

Horrible service. I tried for 6 months to cancel my service because I moved, but the kept delivering water to a house I wasn’t at and charging me. I even talked to someone on the phone when I was canceling. Most the time when you call you get an answering machine and you never get a call back. In the end I had like a $ 60 bill, but had to report them to the BBB and turns out they have an F rating. They ended up erasing my bill and apologizing, but come on. I think this is a one man run operation. Poor guys need more help an organizing in his office. Feel bad to give them a bad review, but I guess I wasn’t the only one if their rating with the BBB was an F.
