Took my 2006 Dodge Ram down last Monday to get an alarm system installed Alex helped me out and after doing research on all the other places in the area these guys where best priced and most helpful. Great install thanks guys.

Great customer service! Alex is a bad ass and always takes care of me! I’ve been going to him for a couple of years now. Took my car him yesterday to get some speakers installed they were busy but he still managed to get me in to start it even though they were closing soon. My speakers didn’t fit the hole right so he had to fabricate the door, He didn’t want to rush the quality of work so he had me bring it back today so they could take there time and get it perfect!

I came in looking to get my bazooka sub installed thinking that the amp was built in, I called around and looked at reviews before deciding on coming here, Alex came out to my car and checked out what I had, turns out I did need an amp, cables and a «hi lo» he worked with my budget and got me on the road slumpin in no time. Awesome customer service here with great prices, I would recommend Professional Auto Stereo & Security to my customers, family, and friends.

I normally dont add these comments but felt compelled to atleast acknowledge this business. So i recently moved from sacramento to this area and needed a new amp as my old one blew out. I used Unilocal and found this place. The manager a tall man forgot his name invited me to the shop over the phone. I was apprehensive at first because i know these kind of stores can either be really good or scam you out of a lot of money. Anyways i went to the store and the gentlemen i spoke with on the phone greeted me listened to my concern about price and installation. He showed me a amp that was kind of expensive however worked with me on the price the kicker is i intended on installing it myself in the parking lot. The worker came outside to check on me and even helped me install it. I was blown away at his customer service i instantly felt like if i ever had a problem i could bring it back to them. My subs works perfectly and this business just gained a new customer. I highly recommend them and will be returning in the future. Thanks for being an honest business.

Alex is very good at what he does. Very good customer service awesome prices, variety of car stereo system speakers. This is my 5 th car and I drive 2 hrs away so he can do my window tint. I have nothing but trust for him and the work is very professional and if I ever have a problem in the future he week take care of me. Thank you alex for the good work you do.

This is my third visit for this lock system in my car. Let me reiterate like I did in my previous review, I was made fully aware of the lifespan of these actuators and locks. Both my friend and the shop made me aware of this prior to getting the initial install. I came in to get an actuator replaced for a door. Apparently, the actuator caused a scratch in my tint. It was in no way a reflection of the work initially done as it was impeccable and still is.
The owner of the shop again without hesitation helped me out. I can’t speak for the rest of the reviews on here but everytime i’ve had a problem he’s been more then willing to help me out. Within 20 minutes or so, I had my actuator replaced. I looked up the date of the original install and even made mention of it being out of warranty. Alex was still willing to help me out. I’m thinking my next stereo upgrade that I will bring it here instead of doing it myself. I wish more places took the time to leave the customer with a since of appreciation and in the process doing quality work. Alex and his team have met those expectations for me every time.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and workmanship that Alex provided when installing my new stereo, amp & subwoofer. He made certain that I was completely informed and happy with my system. He took the extra time to explain all my options with specific prices. I’ll definitely be doing business with Professional Auto Stereo & Security again.

Ok so this is a few years overdue but first off i shopped around looking for the best deal, so i come in to get my indash touch screen installed and the middle eastern guy, (Alex i believe is his name) says he has everything to install it asap and gives me a good price. Keep in mind i told him the rear speakers had a seperate amp, he tells me «no worries buddy i take care of you i am professional», so they start the install, well they didnt have the bezel to fit the indash in my car, so he tells me come back tomorrow he will have it (this is unprofessional and inconvenient seeing as he already told me he had the parts and it would only take a few minutes). So i come back the next day… they finish the install, i take off… i then have to come back immediately… the rear speakers arent working! I let the guy Alex know, he says «buddy they have a seperate amp it costs another $ 80 to hook them up for labor and materials).at this point im pissed, i had already told him this before he agreed on a price. also now as much time and money i have spent i didnt save any money coming here, i could have went anywhere else in town and saved money and time. So he cuts me a half ass deal and i take it just becuase i want my stereo fixed and to gtfo of there, so everything is working well for a few weeks then suddenly the sound cuts off and on, sounded like a loose connection to me. So i come back AGAIN! I tell them the problem and they ask for my receipt so they can look at it or it was a $ 70 labor/​diagnostics fee!!! WTF??? Like he didnt recognize me from a few weeks earlier!!! Anyway i didnt have the receipt i threw it away becuase they crossed out the line that stated the warranty and i was assumng they had my info on a copy of the receipt since it was from a receipt book with ink paper especially made to make multiple copies when written out, i also paid with my debit card so they should have had my info regardless. This is the absolute worst experience ive ever had, the slaesman/​owner Alex lied and b. s’d his way into getting some business and didnt honor any of his word. I will never be back and i dont recommend anybody go here.

Horrible, took my car in to get window tint they did the crappiest job I’ve ever seen. Don’t go here don’t save yourself the headache and problems. Worst window tint job I’ve seen in my life. The wrecked my windows my car looks like a piece of crap now. They burnt the tint there is scratches and bubbles these guys are a joke.

The guy tried to get over on me because im young and he probably didnt think I knew anything about stereos. Watch out! If they think they can get away with making a few more dollars they will. Not to mention the guy was being a little ride when I asked questions about some things

Great customer service. Alex is the go to man for alarm, stereo equipment and tint. Highly recommend. He’s courteous and very respectful. His window tint guy does an excellent job. Alex is very helpful and honest. My favorite thing was that he doesn’t try to over sell you. Great work Alex and crew

I’ve purchased well over two complete stereo systems from Alex and he always matches or beats competitor prices. If I forget something during my install he always has what I need and cuts me another break on the price. He has both entry level and high end products and will special order if he can.

I walked in and waited while two employees were with one couple at the stereo bar and one employee was on his phone and on the computer at the same time. When I’d entered, every employee turned and looked at me, but no one even acknowledged me.
I waited 4 to 5 minutes. Then a young couple walked in, and immediately, one employee left the couple at the stereo bar and rushed to shake the boy’s hand and ask what he wanted.
I walked out.
Lesson to small business owners everywhere: do not judge the value of a customer by their appearance. I am not in my 20s like the other people in this store, but I also have a bigger network of friends and business associates who might want your service, and I have a lot more money to spend.
Another company is providing the $ 700 service I need right now.
They will NEVER get my business. And I will redirect everyone I know from this business.

They did an amazing job with the sound system for my 2009 Chevy Tahoe. Immediately, I was very impressed that he did not try and upsell me on a larger more expensive audio system for my truck (which is what I originally wanted). Nabil explained that my factory radio was very good and had excellent functionality. He recommended that I change my all four speakers in the car and install a subwoofer. I ended up purchasing a subwoofer box for my Tahoe that goes installed inside the center console. The installation was not easy as the box was a very tight fit. They did an amazing job with the installation and everything came out absolutely perfect! I would recommend Professional Auto Stereo & Security to anyone. Thanks, Nabil & Alex. I will be calling you soon to install the DVD player and TV!

After shopping around, I settled on this place to install my sons car alarm. They met my budget and did an awesome job. I will definitely go back again.

I don’t know why but after I took all of the time to write this review, it put it into the filtered section which really irritates me. If I am going to take the time to write these lengthy reviews, and all Unilocal is going to do is put it into the filter folder, it will be my last which is unfortunate for everyone else.
Ok so I don’t usually leave reviews because I am a very busy person. With that being said, I always read TONS of reviews before making ANY big purchases. I feel that my money is hard earned, and when I spend it, I want to make sure that it is going to be a one time purchase on a quality item. I am sure many feel the same way.
As for this shop, I feel that due to the reviews below, I needed to give a fair assessment of this place.
I live in Manteca and have been going to this shop for about 5 years now. I can’t even tell you how much money I have spent here because it is a ridiculous amount. I have been nothing but pleased with the quality of work and the level of customer service I have received up to this point. I have had 2 boats done here, two trucks, and three cars so far. The most recent work was my new boat. Not only did they redo the WHOLE stereo system and wiring, but they also built me some custom one-​off enclosures for my boat. The whole install came out awesome. The sound is ridiculous loud and I knew my money was well spent.
Now in the 5 years I have been going here, I can’t say that I have not had a few problems along the way. This is going to happen no matter where you go. Equipment is electronic and as with anything else, it sometimes fails. I have only had a few problems in the 5 years but I can tell you this. As long as you keep your receipt, Alex warranties everything he sales for one year. He has taken care of me every time I had a problem. I brought my car or truck in, told him what was going on, and he usually got me in that same day and had it fixed or replaced.
As far as the cheaper online prices go, I know you can get things cheaper online. The only problem with this is you have to include shipping costs AND then installation costs if you can’t do it yourself. Then if you have a problem with the equipment, good luck getting that thing exchanged. They usually make you pay shipping back to them and then shipping back to you again. I am just not a fan of that and have found out the hard way in the past. I would rather pay the little bit more of a price difference and know that it includes getting it installed, as well as a warranty that is as easy as pie… have a problem just bring it back and get it fixed or replaced.
I definitely recommend this shop and will continue to shop here. I have recommended several friends and family here and all have been happy. Just remember you get what you pay for.
I posted a picture of my boat they just did for me. Hopefully it helps others with their decision. If I did not trust this shop, there is no way in HECK I would let them touch my $ 45k dollar boat. Everything turned out pristine.

Extremely high prices! They overcharge you as much as they think they can get away with. My girlfriend got me an alarm + installation certificate and my friends tell me they had gotten the same thing for nearly half the price! They absolutely took advantage of her and when I talked to them about the situation they were total pricks and not friendly or helpful at all. I advise you to stay away, they don’t care about the customer one bit. Bad business ethics.
