My experience at Audio Pro was a good one until I went back to get the job done. I went in to get a quote on getting my windows tinted, the guy at the counter(Caucasian Guy) gave me a quote and made a call to the installer to see when he could do the job. I was told that the installer was on his way from Modesto and would be there by the time I ran home to drop off my dogs and went back there. When I returned, I think I was dealing with the manger(Short Asian Guy), he asked me what I needed, I told him that I was back to get my windows tinted, he took a look at my car and made recommendations. I accepted his recommendation and started the process of providing my information, he then told me that he would not be able to get it done until 12 or so and if I was interested I would have to provide him with a small deposit. I explained that I was just in his shop no more then 30 min. prior and was told to come right back. He start to get irate and tells me that the installer had a couple other jobs and that would not be able to do it until 12. I was about to provide him the the deposit as requested but asked how long it would take once I brought the car back to get the job done. He started yelling and said, you know what… I don’t want to do your tint job if you are going to pressure me with time. I went on to tell him that I have a legitimate question because I was already told one thing by one sales person and he gave me a different story. He told me to that he has enough customers and that he is the busiest and the best in the Manteca area. If that is the case, why was the lot empty and I was the only customer in there. I also recommend that if you are going in to get a quote, get it in writing and take names of who you are dealing with. I got one price on the first visit and when I went back to get the work done, I got another price. Not a Good Customer Service and Management experience for a small town Business. Take your sales somewhere else… put this company out of business.

Went in today to get a quote on installation of sound system. The guy at the front desk was uninterested in helping me out. too busy playing with his phone. the shop was clean but the service needed some work. ended up taking the drive out to tracy and got hooked up same day and about 30% price savings.
