Annie Gow was recommended to us by a dancer we trust and we were not disappointed. Annie has a tremendous understanding of the body and is also empathetic. She is our go-to! So happy to finally find someone who is simply terrific.

not the best pt. not sure they know what they’re doing. like they may need to revisit anatomy 101. also the receptionist loudly spouts off her fox news opinions in the waiting room. some of those opinions border on… well…not very pc/kinda offensive.

Annie Gow at Velocity Physio( ) is, pure and simple, the best PT I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve encountered many over the past several decades of low back/disc pain. But to call her just a PT is grossly understating her capabilities and why she’s as amazing and transformative as she is. She’s a Diagnostician, a wizard, and a guru! She basically saved my life, at least my physically active life. All the other PTs I’ve been to, when they heard I had low-back pain they had me do all sorts of ab work and lots of electro-stim(or whatever would enable them to bill more) and sent me home. Annie, however, spent much initial time assessing my walk, my stance, etc and was able to diagnose a weakness in my hip and glute area that nobody had ever identified but which I’ve had for many years and which made sense given my symptoms(which sent me to the ER in incapacitating pain last November). She has had me on various exercises(all easy to do, but definitely challenging) that focused directly on that area, and after almost two months of intense work at home I — for the first time in more years than I can remember — am pain free. I can also, for the first time in memory, can sit upright(the way you’re supposed to) in a chair and not lean way back the way I’d always had to) In fact, I just finished 4 days of snowboarding(with my usual falls) and feel better than I have in many years. I think if people knew what Annie actually does, and how superior she is to pretty much every other PT out there, they’d line up around the corner.

I’ve been recommending Erica for a couple of years now after she fixed my knee. I had problems with my knees since high school when I was on a crew team. They were very painful and it hurt to run. Other PTs told me there wasn’t much they could do and that I’d just have to live with the pain. I also went to see an orthopedist who recommended surgery. Before I decided to go that route I figured I’d give PT one last shot and luckily had Erica as a PT. She was able to fix my knee and now I no longer have pain and can even run without pain. She is someone I recommend to all of my friends.
