The best, the absolute best.
The first time they came to clean my 8×10 and 2×8 synthetic area rugs, not only were they on time, but were early!
Such kind men. Very thorough and showed me the dirty mess of water left after the cleaning. After they dried, I noticed some spots still left. But even before I could call, they called me first to see if I was satisfied! I told Rachel there were still some spots and she scheduled a FREE second cleaning right away.
They’ve just finished the second cleaning, got out all the spots, were EXTRA nice and professional, and wouldn’t even take a tip when I begged them to. Would recommend them to any and EVERYONE. No complaints whatsoever and my carpets look like they looked when I bought them four years ago. So happy with this service, thank you.
