Specialties

I am a private Pilates teacher and licensed Massage Therapist blending several modalities of bodywork into Deep Tissue Massage. My work is focused on re-​educating the body through movement and skilled therapeutic touch.

SMUSHstudio is designed for private focused sessions. I have been a professional dancer my entire life and I bring this experience to my work with clients.

History

Established in 2007.

I have been teaching Pilates for 15 years.

I have been licensed as a massage therapist for 5 years.

I have been going to Anthony for private Pilates lessons and an occasional massage for the days I am lazy for the past two years. I am not an athletic person and his guidance and personal instruction has made me feel more balanced and more in tune with my body, I highly recommend him.

Anthony at Smush Studios is a great masseur. His space is private, clean, well-​lit and very comfortable. His hands are skilled — I think that he found every knot in my back and was able to work deeply without much pain. (There’s was just a little of that good-​kind-​of-​massage hurt.) I highly recommend him.
