Luke Hamilton made me a believer in acupuncture. I never thought this type of stuff worked, until I met him. He has helped me with both a shoulder injury and cervical stenosis.

I had a swollen ankle for a month. I was going to physical therapy and they were doing all sorts of things to my grapefruit shaped appendage. They were icing it, heating it, massaging it, they even electrocuted it. All to no avail. I thought all hope was lost until I went to see Luke. He did his thing and by the time I walked out of his office not only was the swelling gone but my ankle felt wonderful. And just in time for my game THAT weekend.

I met Luke when he was a personal trainer, and from that perspective he already knew the body well. I was (am) a seasoned martial artist and instructor. My neck, right shoulder, right 5 ribs, left knee, and right ankle all have damage. Luke kept my body together as i pushed my own limits over the years. Realigning my foot and ankle bones, relieving spasm in my breathing from my broken ribs, realigning my knee, speeding a rough cold away, calming me (yes, with needles), straigtening my misaligned neck, is some of the work Luke has done on my body. I’ve seen his skill triple and quadruple over the past 10 years. The culture of his office and training is to heal you in your first visit. Frequently that occurs. Not only with my own personal accounts, but my students, and friends continue to report enthusiastically about how great they feel after a treatment and their ongoing results.
Luke has done things like induce labor, caused skin conditions to improve, treated addiction, and more. His practice is shared with the time he spends traveling on humanitarian missions. When there is a local need, Luke donates his time and paitiens pay what they wish toward the cause being represented that day. In many ways Luke gives back to his global and local community, his patients, and colleagues. I trust Luke to work on me, he gets results.

I’m a wreck in that, everything hurts all the time from years of sports injuries and a very physical job. I really should see Luke more regularly, and it’s my own fault that I don’t, but when I do go, I transform from a borderline cripple to ready for the world. There’s always a little initial tenderness after a treatment, but once that subsides, I’m back in business. Luke is always professional and never makes you wait very long, and his treatments are effective. He calls you back right away and always tries to fit you in promptly.

I’ve seen Luke for a variety of different ailments ranging from roller derby injuries to post surgical therapy and he is fantastic. I was unsure about getting acupuncture but after glowing reviews from my teammates I decided to go. He’s very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the proposed treatments. I recommend him to everyone and never have had any complaints.
