Massage is an effective therapeutic modality, which positively fosters communication among the body and the mind. One of the beauties of massage is its ability to be both relaxing and therapeutic at the same time.
During the Therapeutic Sessions that you would receive, I will apply various techniques that are specific to your needs and are appropriate to address your problematic areas. I integrate strokes from classic swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and eastern techniques. (acupressure on the body meridians and stretches). If you are pregnant or have a certain diagnosis or injury I would focus strictly within the medical parameters.
