Khatuna is awesome. She is SO generous and accommodating. She is also very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Even though the sessions are painful, I enjoy chatting with her and getting good work done. I would recommend going to her and sticking with her for all of your electrolysis needs!

Rude and was literally yelling. Not professional at all in my opinion. Kept mentioning «groupon.» Saw no results. Will never go back. Small clustered space. If you don’t want to give discounted prices, don’t sign up with companies like Groupon.

I went through 5 different electrologists before I purchased Groupon for Oxy Bella Services. In different times I’ve been «working» on my bikini, armpits and now came turn for my eyebrows. Khatuna is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Such a delicate work requires a true professional as she is.
Pros:
–She makes you answer all the required questions before you can make an appointment and to fill up all paperwork before the treatment starts. On my experience not every one does.
–Her office is nice and clean. She does everything in her ability to maintain relaxing atmosphere and keep you as comfortable as procedure allows.
–VERY thorough. She didn’t miss even one hair.
— From aesthetic side she was kind enough to ask me about every single «questionable» hair, making sure that she doesn’t ruin the desired shape.
Cons:
–I broke out quite bad after the treatment.
I have oily skin on my forehead, however I know what I am suppose to do after treatment and I follow every step.
Also I was healing for quite a while every time after my treatments at Oxy Bella.
I’m not trying to say that it’s electrologist fault.
Definitely coming back

Went in with a Groupon deal for chin extension electrolysis appointment. I have to say the place is clean, pleasant and the service is wonderful. Khatuna explained everything clearly, patiently and thoroughly. Plus she is sweet and genuinely seems to want to get to know you. She has a good bedside manner and is honest. I’ve had laser before (6 sessions with Deify) and my hair came back thicker because of it. Laser hurts a lot, but surprisingly electrolysis was not even as bad as a pinch in comparison. I need more treatments and I wish I had come here before trying laser hair removal. I loved her demeanor and expertise. I look forward to coming back and getting rid of my chin hair forever. Highly recommend this place!

So here’s the deal. Having hair in weird places as a female basically ruins your self esteem. You feel unattractive and insecure every time you look in the mirror. I felt this way for a long time in my mid 20s as all the hormones did their crazy thing.
Then I met Khatuna. I swear to god she has changed my life and the way I feel about myself. She’s understanding and very warm and is the only person I would trust to touch my body with that electrolysis needle.
She not only is excellent at her profession, she’s honest and communicative. She understands your needs and does everything she can to make you feel beautiful while doing it.
I’ve been seeing her since May and have had incredible results. I think I’m going to continue with electrolysis after this area is completed, mostly because I can’t imagine going longer than a week without seeing her… but, also because I know the results will be perfect.
Call her now, you won’t regret it! She’s the best.

I want to start off by saying that Khatuna is AMAZING! I originally came to Oxy Bella using vouchers and both of my vouchers were honored without any problems. I am generally skeptical of vouchers but Khatuna was such a gem. I have been to other electroligists and she was the most professional and knowledgeable one I have found. She is very experienced and I still continue to go to her long after my vouchers were used. I started to see tremendous results very quickly with her, where as in the past it has taken me months to see progress. She is friendly and very accommodating. I have a busy schedule and she always tries to work with my schedule to make time for me. She is very thorough and her work space is very clean. I have been very happy with Khatuna and have recommended her to my friends. I plan on seeing her again in a few weeks for more treatments!

I had been thinking about electrolysis for several years and made many mistakes before I found Khatuna. She’s an excellent electrologist that cares about her clients as whole body patients. I’ve always felt insecure about my facial and body hair to the point of being embarrassed even to show a professional.
About a year ago I was working at a spa and an Esthetician offered to give me laser for free. I thought «wow to never have to wax or thread my face again — amazing!!». It was a huge mistake. After several treatments the peach fuzz I had been concerned about turned into inch long dark whiskers. I was terrified. That’s when I stumbled upon OxyBella and I really love the whole place. Khatuna even gave me ideas of natural products to heal rather than just Neosporin which causes me to breakout. Electrolysis isn’t painless but because of the rapport we’ve developed I look forward to going to each visit. I have a few more sessions for my face and will definitely be using electrolysis on other areas. One thing I really like is that Khatuna explains everything simply and makes you feel comfortable. For me and I think for many women this is a very personal experience where you’re exposing a vulnerability and it’s nice to know that there’s someone you can trust on the other end of the procedure.
On another point, her billing process is different from other electrolysis locations. She bills by the time which always you to triage areas of concern and personal body timeless. Other places offer set packages based on certain areas of the body and a set number of sessions. I prefer the flexibility to be able to decide based on how my own body is reacting to the treatment.

Khatuna is good at electrolysis, but don’t trust her with vouchers. She does not respect the terms of those offers, and the room where she operates is the size of a closet, whose only access to fresh air is the door, which of course is always shut, so you can imagine the air quality in there and the heat that can develop.
I’ve had much better.
Last but not least, in my opinion tips are for people who are employees, not for independent professionals who can set their own fees. In my past experiences independent professionals do not accept tips even when they are insistently offered. It has happened to me with tour guides and massage therapists.
Khatuna makes it very clear that she is an independent professional and yet she requires a tip before letting you out.

I am going to share a story with you, bcs we’re homies and I feel like I can tell you this, even though it is an embarrassing childhood memory.
When I was about 12 or 13, I was standing in line to get a CD signed. Probably Korn or Green Day. Lame. Anyway, I was with a couple friends, and one of them suddenly squinted at my face and then laughed and pointed and said really loudly, «Oh my god, Hannah has a beard!» Somehow, puberty had snuck up on me in a place where I wasn’t expecting. My chin. But this wasn’t the peach fuzz most girls are used to, this was a small scattering of dark, thick single hairs. Totally visible from a distance. Because God decided to bless me with almost translucently pale skin and mega dark hair. So, that night, I started plucking those bastards and never looked back.
Thanks for listening. Anyway, as the years went on, I noticed something: if I skipped plucking for a while, the hairs were coming back with a vengeance. No longer the small scattering, it would be a veritable patch of hair. Waxing would yield the same results: my lip would stay light and fuzzy, but my chin just wanted to channel it’s inner billy goat. Yay. Sexy.
My beloved waxer at Harmony Spa recommended I look into electrolysis. She rents out her space to Khatuna, owner of Oxy Bella. So let me be clear: These are two totally different businesses operating out of the same space. They don’t even share the front desk.
Khatuna is AMAZING. This is professionalism and knowledge at a level that you just don’t find a lot these days. She did a free consult, where she looked at my chin and discussed my heritage, my hair growth patterns, and my current strategy for hair removal.
Plucking, ladies? It’s a BAD THING. Apparently it can stimulate the follicles and cause even more growth. Khatuna begged me to tell everyone I know that if you’re plucking, you should stop.
And that was the thing I liked most about her. She was super honest, and very interested in teaching, not just treating. After our sessions, she sat with me and we talked about my progress and what I could expect.
The electrolysis itself? Well it didn’t tickle, that’s for sure. It kind of feels like a bee sting. The needle going in isn’t that bad, but then it feels like it gets super hot for a split second, so it’s like a little pinchy-​burny sensation. She works on a timer, usually 15 minute sessions. And trust me, 15 minutes is about all I could handle. Price came to about $ 75. Cash or check only!!!
I’ve done two sessions so far. After the first, I had a tiny bruise on my chin – the result of my paleness and anemia, probably. It faded after a couple days. Both times I had mega redness, but that faded within an hour or less. Best of all, my skin was so smooth and even and lovely! After a while, the hairs that weren’t killed the first time came in, and I just had them taken care of. I did not touch my tweezers between treatments! I may need a couple more sessions, but then I should have a permanently hairless chin!!! I feel so much better about myself and I’m really glad I found Khatuna. I’m already thinking about going to her for more sessions (permanently hairless bikini, anyone?)
Highly highly highly recommended. If you’ve ever considered electrolysis, I think Oxy Bella is the place to go. And if you’re plucking your face, STOP!

Harmony and Oxy Bella operate out of the same unit, as a shared type space. It is clean and calm. Khatuna is great, offers good suggestions for skin care. I did the oxygen facial, booked through Lifebooker. The service was outstanding and my skin felt soft, smooth, and clean. I’ve been here twice and have had the same experience, both were positive. No pushing of products at all. I would come back here for additional treatments.

Amazing results! My entire face was full of deep inner blackheads and scaring from acne, the dermabrasion has not only helped me with my blackheads but has also reduced my breakouts and post acne scaring. My skin barely has any blackheads left and is much smoother and evenly toned now. I’m extremely happy with the results. This is an amazing treatment!!! I’m on my 3^rd treatment of the particle free dermabrasion and I already can see a big difference in my skin, especially for my sun spots which have become much more noticeable in my early 30’s. They are slowly fading away and my skin feels much more moisturized. People keep commenting on how I look younger! I also loved this treatment as Khatuna, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, authentic and attentive.
