History

Established in 2015.

The idea of NYC Skin Standard came after meeting Irina with Taisyia, a skin care specialist, on her facial appointment. Since Irina was 15, she had lived with 15 years of acne and rosacea struggling. The facial service magically healed Irina’s skin only after a 3 months.

Irina, was exited with her fast and successful result of skin healing. And she offered Taisiya to share her experience and knowledge with NYC teenagers, the largest population with skin problems and teach them to take care of their skin correct way wich may lead the to successful life. Taisiya has had an idea also to help to other estheticians to have their job and enjoy it and improve their quality of life.

They became a team.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Taisiya was born in the USSR where she received a BS in Quality Assurance. At the age of 23 she moved to Israel and pursued several degrees. At the Zohar School for Beauty she studied Skin Care, hair removal and makeup art (2001 – 2002). Following her outstanding performance, she was invited to teach classes in the academy. To further her expertise in the field, Taisiya continued attending annual programs including Christina Cosmetics Courses for skin care (2002 – 2010), and Holyland Cosmetics Seminars (2002 – 2009). Taisiya received her certificate for Permanent Makeup from Booky College for Beauty Professions in 2010. Extraordinarily, Taisiya owned her Beauty Salon since 2001, and worked as a software engineer in Large High Tech Company after receiving her BE from Sami Shimon College for Engineering in 2007.

Irina started her career as an architect in 2005 in Saint-​Petersburg. Being an advanced traveler she made New York her new adventure, thus continuing her career as an architect in New
