After over a year of trying to conceive we went to Dr. Batzofin, who was recommended by a friend who had seen numerous fertility specialists before finally having her baby girl (due to NYFS).
From the first time I met Dr. Batzofin I knew he was the right doctor for us. Instead of putting me on Clomid and running me through the fertility playbook like an assembly line, he took the time to understand the big picture (e.g. History, ultrasound, identifying barriers/​issues, etc.). He makes a sound plan based on YOUR situation.
I also can’t say enough about the service of both Dr. Batzofin and his staff. When I send anxious emails I get a quick response and they are just fabulous when it comes to accommodating schedules.
We’re just now putting our plan in motion and hope to update soon with some positive results!

The doctor I saw gave me an ultrasound and saw 8 follicles developing. I was very surprised because I had not yet started the fertility drugs. I went elsewhere a week later and was told I had 4 follicles developing. The technician looked at the report from NYFS and said that the doctor was seeing blood vessels, not follicles.
In short, my $ 600 paid for my learning that at least one doctor at this clinic does not know what she is doing.

I had such an incredible experience with Dr. Batzofin and his whole team– from the physians assistant & nurses, to staff at the front desk, to the folks that can answer billing questions– they make everything smooth sailing and are so informative… they take their time with each patient and will answer any questions to help walk you through the process and make it tailored to the needs in your life so it feels personalized and you don’t feel like a number or just a patient, they make you feel like family. The care I was given was exceptional and I was overjoyed with the outcome. I can not thank them enough & I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing practice to anyone that is in need of their services or even that are considering and have questions for consultative appointments to get questions answered.

My husband and I took advantage of a free genetic screening at New York Fertility Services. We had an amazing experience! The staff was extraordinarily friendly, and their kind and competent manner put me at ease. I was able to talk with Dr. Ressler, and not only was she helpful and supportive, but she also emailed me further information after our visit.
I was impressed by the professionalism of this place– I can’t imagine why people would give it a negative review! Based on my and my husband’s experience, I would highly recommend it.
