It took 7 days but the service worked as advertised. It started with a brief chat and a quick phone call, where we were led to a user friendly website. Once we paid and supplied the IMEI, all we had to do was wait a week to receive a notification that the phone is unlocked. An iTunes restore was needed to make it work, but not so bad, at all.
