I’ve been coming to The Copy Shop ever since I started working in MB. They handle all print jobs from each of my company’s clients. There isn’t anything they can’t handle and they always get the projects done– even with tight turnarounds.
Leo is the best and so is the rest of the staff. Kudos to Adam for keeping the shop running smoothly.
Definitely recommend this place for ALL printing needs.

These guys have helped me out of a jam more than once! If you need something printed and you don’t have much time, you can count on them. I’ve used them for several different projects now. Their pricing is excellent and so is their customer service. I have used them to print: wedding programs, menus, place cards, stickers, and invitations. All of which turned out very nicely! The first time I came to them I didn’t really know much about formatting properly to print. I just had my place cards in a regular word document. Leo took a little extra time to show me how to format properly into a pdf so that I would be happiest with the end result.

They guys at the Copy Shop are so on top of our printing job and so responsive to your requests. And the quality was top notch! We had so many different forms for our school’s welcome packet and they varying quantity and Adam new exactly which forms were which and how many. And when we got it, the print quality and paper were beautiful! Thanks guys!

Needed to get business cards printed in under 24 hours and worked with Leo to get it done. He didn’t even flinch and was very helpful, even recommended to change the bleed before he printed them so I ended up with a quality card.
Great value, great quality, would work with again.

Needed a banner done for a birthday present, and didnt have much time. Wanted more than a paper one, and checked around.
The Copy Shop was professional, courteous, able to suggest alternatives to get my banner in time, and came in at a great price.

I have been using the guys over at The Copy Shop for nearly a year now. I can’t understand the negative reviews I’ve seen. Adam and Leo have given nothing but great customer service to me and they go above and beyond to get me my jobs on time even if my requests are unreasonable. Nothing but great things to say about everyone over there at The Copy Shop. Highly Recommended!

Weddings cost a lot of money and you have to pick and choose where to spend. We did not want to spend $ 500-​$ 1,000 on invites, so my fiancé designed our invitations and we were looking for an affordable place to print them out.
The Copy Shop was fantastic to work with! Their pricing was phenomenal and their paper products were just what we were looking for at a fraction of what our friends spent on invitations.
We printed our invites/​rsvp card with them AND they were able to address all our envelopes too! When calligraphers cost $ 1-​$ 2+ per envelope, having The Copy Shop print the addresses on the envelopes in a nice font (they have a few choices of font) is a welcomed cost efficiency. (They can print your return addresses on the envelopes too, but we decided to get a stamp on etsy to «personalize» it a bit more.)
As our wedding quickly approaches, we plan to use The Copy Shop for some additional printing needs such as programs, menus, etc.

I ordered business cards from this place and they told me it would be ready on a monday. That being said, I called them on Monday before I sent someone to pick them up and they said it would be ready the next day. I was too busy on tuesday to pick them up but I stopped by on Wednesday. I drove all the way from Hollywood at that point to pick up these business cards which should have been ready by wednesday. Nevertheless when I arrived, they had the nerve to ask me to waste more of my time and to come back on Thursday! UNBELIEVABLE! At that point, I couldn’t believe it and demanded my deposit back.
What ended up happening was that they made temporary business cards while I waited for them to print the ones I ordered and send it to me. I received it the following day. So they redeemed themselves a bit by overnighting it. Nevertheless, I don’t think I’ll bring my business or send any business that needs timely attention here.

Needed to get some signs laminated for work. Unilocaled the Copy Shop, here’s how I did…
It was a Friday morning around 9am. I needed these done and I needed them done today. I spoke with a guy who said «come on down, I’ll give you a good deal and get them done quick.» I felt good about the service and reassurance I received over the phone so I grabbed my signs and headed down there. The parking is just beyond the store on the west side of Sepulveda/​PCH and shares with the dry cleaner. Plenty of parking for these businesses. As I walked in I was greeted by the same guy and he assured me they would be done by lunch time. Sure enough I go back in around 1pm and my signs have all been laminated. About $ 2.00 a piece! Fast friendly and affordable service.
Will I again? I will use The Copy Shop for all of my laminating needs

This place is the best thing since sliced bread. I designed my own Save the Date cards and needed 150 of them printed. I dropped by this store and so happy I did because my cards came out PERFECT!!! Reasons you’ll love this place:
1. PRICE: my #1 reason for coming here. Makes you feel so happy you’ll want to come back
2. FAST: I was in no rush. I even told them so, but they had it done in less than 2 days
3. FRIENDLY: and so helpful with paper selection and he even gave me tips on how to make my card less pixelated; I met random staff members there each time I dropped by and everyone showed the same friendliness
4. QUALITY: nuff said
Trust me, this place saves you time from calling other print shops. They print envelopes too!

This copy shop does not disappoint. I needed some cards printed and cut for my sons birthday and they were able to help me in no time. The service is friendly and easy and the location is ideal!

Great guy (the owner)…I had to quickly print off a Post Office application, and he let me jump on his Mac, log in and search for the form. He only charged me a flat dollar…

The reason for 2 stars is because i have not been into this store so i could not speak on any more than the phone conversation I had with a sales representative. I would hope that he was just having a bad day and that this company does not run on the lack of customer service he gave me.

Let me say that very seldom does one find a business that exceeds your expectations.
The Copy Shop is the best copy place I’ve found for several reasons.
1) Service — Adam and the team at the Copy Shop go above and beyond to help their customers. They always have a can do attitude and are super friendly.
2) Quality — Everything they do is done right. I’ve never had them make a mistake on my orders.
3) Price — Compared to FedEx Kinkos, Office Depot etc etc, this place has much better pricing. You’ll save a lot of money over the big guys.
4) Speed — They haul ass. Literally, they turn out orders immediately.
Yes, I realize it’s a Copy Shop, but if you want the best, this is where to go.
Ask for Adam.

Where should you get all your printing done? Fedex Kinkos? HELL NO!
From the first phone call to The Copy Shop I was greeted by great customer service, easy to swallow prices and fast service that I haven’t found anywhere else. They have been able to handle same day prints of large 4 foot by 3 foot posters or mass amounts of post cards.
They are also very knowledgeable about everything printing so they can help you decide what you actually need. IT has been said you can only have 2 of the following 3 things, fast, good and cheep, but at the Copy Shop I got all 3.
