I called Roger and asked if I could email him a document that I needed to print, he had it ready in no time and the pricing was great! He was very friendly and even gave me a folder for free. I will definitely return here, and in the mean time I’ll recommend this to anyone who needs a printing service:)

Roger was very friendly and happy to take a look at my job, make suggestions and talk about options. Pricing was excellent.

I was quoted a price and finish date when I walked in with the card stock, quantity and print I wanted. The employee was a bit odd but, I decided not to think much of it. I asked to place the order and he insisted I email him my order instead. I said that’s fine. I called and inquired about his response since I didn’t hear from him and he said he would send it right away. I never received it and since I needed this to be ordered as soon as possible I called back and the owner answered. Roger is a very nice guy, but said he couldn’t place my order for what I was quoted by his employee. I explained to him that I needed this soon and he said sorry that he couldn’t do for what his employee quoted me for two hours before that! Terrible customer service. Clearly they don’t need the business. Give your business to someone who does.

Roger is as good as it gets when it comes to working with a printer.
What people need to do is to decide why they’re there. Dial Printers does both print work and design work, and I hear their design work is excellent also.
As a printer you run into issues of files not coming their way with right settings so you learn to adjust and adopt to your customers. They are color designers and experts. They are supposed to know their colors and how they would come out differently on different paper, different press, different methods etc. And that, folks, is what Dial Printers does well.
First off, Roger doesn’t fool around when it comes to what can and cannot be done. Often times customers (often times designers with their last minute print needs) are in a rush to get things done, whether it’s their own procrastination or due to clients from hell, it happens. Roger will tell you flat out that it cannot be done in that period of time. What he will tell you is that he *may* be able to get a rush job done. These are the time you should be grateful that he is in fact able to get the job done. NOT complain about how he didn’t do a great job.
IF YOU GIVE THEM THE PROPER TIME AS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO, HE WILL DO A BETTER JOB!
Bottom line.
Like I said, Roger is a great guy and he will go extra miles to make things work for you.
In fact, I’ll need some business cards and some posters made for my East Coast job and I’m thinking of contacting him to get things printed and shipped just to give him the business, and also knowing that he would take care of things.

I contacted Dial Printers about printing wedding invites. Since these were for my sister’s wedding it was really important to me to get these right. Roger was really helpful on the phone and I went into the store later that day to run through printing and budget options, paper types and to review the design. He had a lot of helpful comments and tips so I was able to tweak my design to make sure the prints came out as good as possible.
The invites turned out really beautiful, they are printed double sided on a really great paper stock. My sister is so pleased with them! This kind of personal service was exactly what I was looking for, Dial Printers really cares about how your prints will turn out.

I’ve never gone back to edit a review, let alone a 5 star review on Unilocal but this place earned it. From start to finish, hands down, the best customer service I have ever received. Literally, past the finish line, Roger hand delivers some huge prints «on the house,» no charge, because I didn’t have a truck. Credibility was there from the our first conversation, definitely a place you can trust! WOW. And I’m talking about a print shop here… This was my response after explaining my needs for a convention we’re preparing for. Called about 15 print shops and no one knew what the hell they’re doing except this place. Roger had great suggestions and an unnerving understanding of all things print. You don’t need to continue your search if you were lucky enough to give this place a call…

I used Dial Printers to create postcard mailers for my business, and am soooo happy with how they turned out! They are so eye-​catching and look very professional – I’m excited to send these out and am confident they will get good results for my business.
Geiner worked closely with me in the design of the mailers, and was very patient with my many questions! He is very good with communication, and never «left me hanging” – he always kept me updated with emails or phone calls, and got the job done in a timely manner.

I moved from Miami a few months ago. I knew that I have to start my business here, and so I need new Business cards.
Since I was new in the city, I didn’t know anyone who knows a good place for custom print jobs, because I don’t like chain print shops, and I was looking for a good one.
I started looking everywhere, praying God to show me a good place. I’m an architect in Interiors, very picky, pretty much with everything, specially when involves my work, so the place MUST be GREAT.
After days of looking, I ran with Dial Instant Printers, my instincts told me «go for it.»
Now, I call Roger and Geiner; my business cards’ ANGELS, because I know that God put them in my path.
They were extremely helpful and SUPER patient with me. I brought my own design, and they guided me thru it, they showed me paper options, they also fixed the resolution of my design to get the best quality possible, and make it look even better… They went the extra mile, always exited about the finish product, and worry for every detail. They were always in a good mood, laughing, telling stories… so cool.
They always responds emails and phone calls, they are sooo friendly, and they certainly know what they are doing.
I have gotten A LOT of complements with my business cards; it came out GORGEOUS and very sophisticated. The quality is AMAZING! …I feel super confident by showing it. Definitely I will be going back to them… and I HIGHLY recommend it.

I would give zero stars if I could. I like to support local businesses and saw the good reviews for Dial Printers, so decided to give them an order. What a mistake and I will never be back.
1. Poor graphic support — Multiple back and forth with adjustments that anyone with a graphic eye — or any eye — would see (illegible font, spacing so small you can’t write in it, etc.). Plus, with every adjustment getting charged along the way. I finally took the template and did it myself on my computer to get it correct & gave it back to them for printing.
2. Poor printing quality — Picked up the order to find a flaw in the plate that created a white line that ran through the printing. When brought to the owner’s attention, he acknowledged the error, but made it clear he would do nothing about this order — he would not reprint it, he would not offer a discount, nothing.
3. Poor/​No customer service — The only thing the owner, Roger, offered was to «help me directly the next time I place an order». Since it was a small order, I got all the service I was going to get.
I will not be using Dial Printers ever again and I will not recommend them to anyone. Really bad experience.

So… I was a hot mess when I found this place. I had called around a few places in the south bay looking for a deal and for someone to HELP ME. I’m pretty sure I was stuttering, I hadn’t had a decent meal in days and my brain was completely fried. Come to think of it, I don’t think I even wore clean clothes because laundry was piled up. Not only did I need a sign printed SUPER RUSH but I needed help with the concept, color choice, touch-​up, placement. basically all Roger and his team had to work with were a few photos I supplied and a bunch of mumbo jumbo rambling on my end.
EVERYTHING about this place was great; from the initial call – which Geiner picked up, inquiring about prices and such, to the time it took for Roger to call me back, the first conversation with him, the actual meeting, the proofing– and I’m not even talking about the actual sign yet.
Well, they have the sign ready an HOUR before I asked for it, like seriously the timing was so tight I even had a time on the day I needed the sign by. AND IT WAS AWESOME!!!
I told Roger I trusted him and he pulled through. I’m not going anywhere else for printing needs.
Oh yeah, and the price is right.
Yeah, there seems to be nothing wrong with this place.

I brought a rush print job to Roger at Dial Instant Printers this week, and he went above and beyond to finish the project for me on time. He also presented me with several samples of paper to help me find the most professional but least expensive option. The actual product he delivered was top quality. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants personalized service, competitive price and high quality product.

I needed some nice paper cut for my wedding menus and programs and I emailed Roger and asked him if he could do this for me. I have gone to Office Depot before and wasn’t completely satisfied with the end result, so that’s why I thought I would try some place local. Roger, the owner, helped me with everything I needed and I was so happy with how everything turned out! I highly recommend coming here. Even though I was printing my programs at home, he gave me some great advice that he uses in the printing industry. I love the customer service at mom-​and-​pop types of stores. Thanks Roger!!! You made my wedding day just that much more special!

I used this printer for the 2^nd time and it did not go well. I needed to have two posters printed for a design project for school. I went in on a Mon. and was told I couldn’t have it done until Wed. but if I wanted to wait until Thurs., it would be a better deal. So I opted for Thursday. On Thurs., I hadn’t heard from Roger so I called and he said he would check on it and call me back. He never called back. I called again Fri. morning and he said it would be there by 3:00.
I was in a hurry when I picked up the posters so I didn’t notice until I got home that they were printed on a gloss paper instead of matte like I asked for and one of the posters was cropped off about an inch, cutting off the design. By this time, they were closed, so I sent Roger an email letting him know that not only were the posters a day late, they were on the wrong paper and 1 had the design cropped off. He never replied to the email. So basically, I paid $ 105 for 2 posters that I had to have reprinted somewhere else.

Roger and his staff was (are? were? yes.) so incredibly professional and accommodating. They worked with me on an important Christmas present that absolutely had to be done right the first time. I originally intended to conduct my business cross-​country (read: my hometown), but Dial beat their price handsomely. To the victor go the spoils.
I will gladly return to them with future projects.

Dial Printers is located on Sepulveda Boulevard in Manhattan Beach, about six businesses South, from the corner of Sepulveda and Marine Avenue. Somewhat challenging to spot from the street, Dial Printers makes up for in service, speed, professional attention to detail and making customer satisfaction one of their top priorities.
Simple street parking is conveniently located in front, on Sepulveda Boulevard. However, it should be noted there are restrictions during certain periods of the day. Although, around the block, (almost behind the shop) there is a medium sized parking lot – just a little hike away.
Services include: high-​quality (resolution) full color custom printing from brochures, newsletters, catalogs, flyers, booklets, envelopes and business cards. Additionally, a variety of sign options, banners, lettering and design services (however, I’m almost positive that I’ve missed a few services – they offer quite a few). Dial Printing also offers recycled stocks and soy based inks for those who are interested beyond the normal commercial printing options.
Pricing is about what one would expect for a custom printer and design service. To be certain, one could try some of the online deals or use one of the (purple, blue, orange and green) big box printers, while receiving competitive pricing schedules. However, the difference and the deal maker is the level of expertise, professionalism, flexibility, creativity, quality control, and options. Simply stated – a design team to work on individual needs that go above and beyond expectations because they have a passion for what they do. They provide options and creative solutions through out the process and it’s in these small details that set Dial Printers above the rest.
Overview:
For this review, services that were used were designing a business card layout for an original logo design. Roger and Teresa created a look, utilizing an existing logo, while making a unique layout that represents our group. Additionally, they kept us on budget and offered many special options at a cost effective and inexpensive route, *without* all the up sell hassles.
As one reviewer wrote: «They saved us from ourselves…», without going over budget and just being incredibly patient with changes through out the process – and in my humble opinion, something that only comes with years of expertise and experience. We’ll definitely use Dial Instant Printers again for our next job.

Roger is awesome! I called him to ask about some general quote information and he was so helpful with all my questions and made it seem so easy. He gave some great suggestions on printing methods and ways for us to maximize on our budget. I even posed to him that I needed my cards turned around in a couple of days. No problem!
I picked up my cards this evening and they looked amazing! I am so happy with the end product and so glad we found Dial Printers right in our backyard. How lucky are we to have Roger within 5 minutes driving distance?

I own a small business and discovered this little gem on Unilocal!I had tried other places for business cards, and well, they just turned out bad. In fact, when I would give out a business card I would run the other way. Bad.
Now, enter our Angels: Roger and Teresa. They literally saved us from ourselves. They are professional, competent, artistic, and overall lovely people. They helped us design the perfect brand for our company. Their forethought and expertise has really helped us focus the image we want our company to project.
I have asked them to print a lot of different things, and they have always come through for me. Business Cards, Letterhead, Envelopes, Folders, Recyclable/​Reusable Bags, Lighters, Notepads, T-​shirts, and Koozies… yes folks, Koozies. And not the cheap, thick, junky kind. The good kind. Full color. Amazing. They are even designing our company website. Our clients have continued to be impressed with the quality promotional items we give them.
We are definitely challenging clients to have. Our business is in Color Correction, so everything Dial Printers prints for us has to be spot on. There is no «faking it» with us. We know that chartreuse isn’t just a liquor.
The level of customer service they provide is something all company’s should aspire to. They are incredibly patient with me and all my «ideas». They help me sort out what will work and what won’t. I tell them my budget and they work with it. They truly go beyond what you would expect from a traditional printer, but they also do the traditional thing expertly, as well.
I can’t say enough about Dial Printers and everyone who works there. We are just so happy to have found them.

I needed some certificates printed by a printer that can do offset printing so, of course, I choose one that had good Unilocal reviews. Roger was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to do the job. However, they seem to have had trouble getting my order right. After a number of tries and taking a couple of weeks longer than promised, they finished the job. At this point most Unilocalers would expect me to say I wouldn’t use them again but that would not be the case. Yes, at times I had my suspicions that they may be totally f’d up but not one time during the process did they shy away from their obligation to do a good job. They in fact always apologized and admitted that it was their fault. They tried hard and I know they had to reprint the certificates at least a couple times. They were also so friendly and upbeat that you couldn’t help but give them the benefit of the doubt.
3 stars but I bet they could move up to 4 or 5 by next tryl
Next time? Yes, when I run out of this batch of certificates I will go to them again.
