If you want a «real» facial, a deep cleaning, not a massage and a few masks, go to her. I spent the extra money and did the micro facial and it was worth every penny. She extracted literally every pore on my face. Def will be back :)

Amazing amazing amazing!!! I did a lot of research and found this place on Unilocal.I was very nervous especially because it was going to be my first facial ever. I gotta say Jen is the best! She is so sweet and has an amazing hands that will do magic and leave you with a perfect skin you dream about! I did not want to leave the place because it just felt so nice being there. I was getting extractions done for like an hour probably and I do have sensitive skin, well with Jen’s hands I couldn’t feel much and it didn’t hurt at all! I had a lot of pores all over the face with a lot of junk in it and she cleared them all and I had no pain no scars but a super smooth clean skin. I also had microdermabrasion that same time :) I am never going to anyone else and the price is so worth the results! Thank you Jen so much! I walked out so happy and couldn’t stop staring at my face for 2 days. I recommend to see Jen to everyone out there and have no doubts!

Jen is extremely thorough in her work. She cares to understand her clients’ specific needs. She is excellent with extractions. My skin requires extractions on a regular basis and I am glad I found Jen who is truly an expert. In addition, she is a calm and pleasant person. Jen also sells high-​quality facial products. I buy products from her and my skin visibly improved as a result of her treatments and products. I highly recommend Jen.

Jen is amazing. In addition to being a sweet and cool person, she is a phenomenal facialist. I have very sensitive skin and was hesitant to try a facial and get extractions (out of fear that the bacteria would just spread and I’d be covered in red marks). I tried Jenzskin after reading wonderful reviews on Unilocal.Now I know what the hype is about! At my first session, Jen immediately put my mind at ease about my concerns. She performed a ton of extractions (which for me were painless), and despite envisioning myself looking like a monster when it was all done, I was pleasantly surprised that I only looked slightly pink in certain spots afterwards. She sent me home with a delicious-​smelling sunscreen sample, and after only an hour or two, my skin looked normal enough to be out and about in public without makeup. Over the next several days and weeks, though, I noticed how poreless and smooth my face looked. My makeup glided on easily for the glowy, dewy-​skinned look I never thought I’d be able to achieve, and I found that for once in my adult life I could go out without foundation or tinted moisturizer and feel great about myself! I love my skin now, and am going to become a regular of Jenzskin. Jen’s given me the confidence I’ve been looking for!

I came in with very congested skin.
Jen suggested That i get a basic facial. let me just tell u now that I am not exaggerating; my facial was awesome she literally extracted every white head and black head!
My skin is glowing! feels so smooth and seems so clear in just one visit. She knows what she’s doing and took her time with me! She’s also very sweet and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed through out. She even gave me a little mask to take home which was nice I can’t wait to use it. I finally found MY go to aesthetician :)
She offers packages too that I am interested in.
Her prices are also very reasonable which is even more awesome! Can’t wait to see her again .

Today I had microdermabrasion for the first time with Jen and I loved it! I’ve had this service at other places over the years, but it makes it super convenient to see Jen for this! My skin was smoother, immediately softer, and the facial was a bit faster than my usual heavy extraction facials. With the pumpkin mask as a final step, I’m definitely going to work this into my skincare routine. The microderm also sucks up a lot of blockage and the results were just as great as the extractions. Recommend it for anyone with fine lines, texture, blackheads. And of course you’re in great hands with Jen.

Was a little desperate to get a facial at the last minute and Jen was very accommodating and was able to see me the next day. She was good about communicating via text which made it really easy. Once I was there, the facial was awesome. She did so much extractions and was honestly afraid what I was going to look like when I looked in the mirror, but believe it or not, my skin looked awesome. My pores were clean and so smooth. If I could, I would go to her every week! I’m looking forward to my next facial with Jen.

I was in dire need of a facial and a big «Thanks» to my fellow Unilocalers! Jenn is amazing. Her space is so cozy, clean and she offers you a glass of water. She is very informative and graciously answers any questions that you may have. After your initial cleansing, she makes suggestions as to what options are available, by no means is she ‘pushy’ or try to ‘up-​sale” you in any way. She leaves it all in your hands to make the decision. I had added a pumpkin face mask, which does tingle when she applies it (let’s you know it is working lol); but she puts on a mini-​fan to help the tingling go away fast. My face was glowing once she was done… I will definitely be back for my next facial next month. Thanks Jenn for being such a sweetheart! Got an email from Jen about discounted facials when you buy multiples which is great for me because I like to share them with my husband. Used my facial this week and Jen immediately accommodated me before my trip to DC for a wedding. Not only did she make sure my skin looked great but she threw in the pumpkin peel to make sure I was looking and feeling fresh. She was also thoughtful enough to let me know about a peel I should consider trying to help remove and lighten up my acne scarring. Get on her mailing list and definitely book an appointment asap. P. S. She is also super responsive via text message. Hooray!

I’m a big fan of massage and mani /​pedis, so don’t know why I never got hooked on facials too. I went for one for the first time on a gift certificate from my husband. After I found out what a facial is all about, I’m REALLY glad Jen was my first experience. She immediately put me at ease and was a true professional. I had images of ruff scrubbing and scraping in my head when I went, but Jen’s technique is anything but these things. She has a very gentle and efficient technique. I walked away being blown away by the experience. I’ll definitely return. Her salon is also in a very unique location. Multi-​mini salons of hair dressers, skin specialists and massage. Very cool setting with tons of easy parking. If you have ever only briefly thought about getting a facial, I highly recommend Jen! Best of success Jen!

Love, love, love Jen!!! She is truly the best. I’ve been going to Jen since October 2014, about 7 visits and she has helped my skin tremendously when it comes to acne and general skin care. If you want extractions, she goes IN and I love it! I leave with not a single blackhead, whitehead and minimized zits. Her massages are so relaxing as well. She is extremely knowledgeable and will answer your questions with a smile. Cute space, she offers mimosas yum yum and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. Did I mention Jen is super sweet with an amazing personality? I highly recommend her!!!

Such a great experience!
I had been needing a facial for quite some time and found a Living Social deal for Jen, who had such great reviews, so I thought I’d give it a try. I ended up getting the Salicylic Acid Peel, per her recommendation, and was so happy I did! She cleaned my face so well beforehand and was very informative about everything she was doing. She was so gentle during the peel and answered all of my questions in depth so that I knew exactly what to expect.
At the end, she gave me some sample creams and sunblocks to take home, just in case I needed them (which were amazing, btw) and even told me to text her if I had any questions or even just to update her, so she knew how I was doing.
By FAR the best facial experience and I will definitely be going back to see her!

Best Facial I have ever had!!! So happy that I found Jen. I have gone to all kinds of places all over the south bay and orange county over the past few years and have never been this happy afterwards.
Jen uses great products. She takes her time to make sure your face is really clean and that you are totally relaxed when you leave.
You can tell that she really cares and wants to make sure that you are happy with your treatment.
I have been referring her to all my friends and they are all very excited to try her out! Thanks Jen for being amazing!

I’m not sure why I haven’t reviewed on Jen yet… because I’d easily recommend her to any of my friends. I found Jen through groupon last year when I was wanting to find someone around my home. I’ve continued to see Jen every month to maintain my skin health. She’s very flexible with scheduling and has a great, clean spot inside sola salon.
My favorite time with her facials are her extractions with her hands. She’s meticulous and takes thorough care of every part of my face. She always puts me to sleep with her shoulder massages. Plus she always seems to have great packages that save you money!
