I’ve loved all of my treatments at this center. All the girls are very professional and nice. I’ve been very satisfied with my laser hair removal and I would recommend to anyone.

I had an IPL treatment for the first time in my life on May 5 at MedSpa. I was told that it would take at least 6 treatments to see pretty good result to minimize a really dark spot on my cheek. OMG! It’s been only five days. It is pretty much gone! I also purchased a $ 60 medical grade cream to help reduce the dark spot. I don’t know which worked better, but it worked. I cannot thank enough. I love this place!!!

Nice services and facilities, but a little pricy.

I have been coming here for awhile and have always had a good experience. I originally discovered the company through a groupon I purchased for laser hair removal and I have been coming ever since. The laser treatments have been quick and relatively painless and the girls are really nice and helpful. I never have to wait too long and they are efficient, which is wonderful. Because I have had such good experiences, I would definitely be interested in trying other types of services, as well as coming back for laser touch ups. I would (and have) recommended this place to friends.

No customer skills! I purchased 3 of their products and unfortunately 2 of them did not workout for my oily skin. The products made my oily skin worse! I called for a refund and was informed that there’s no refunds on products! $ 150+ worth of products that made my skin worse!

A BIG Mystery to why this Spa closed 2 months ago. It is now Rejuvenation Center. No longer i Medspa at all except the paint on the walls and the diet food is left. As a former client to the i Medspa I am very pissed off not to get any kind of email warning about this big change. I did like my nurse a lot. Would of been nice to know about this new warning. Instead I sounded like a total airhead in front of Rejuvenation front office gals (3 at a time with phones ringing off the hook) and meeting CeCe. Did not help that I was hyped up on Red Bull. She is no fan of that stuff I found out. Oh, do know ladies and gentlemen your points you saved up do not work at this new place. Rejuvenation uses it’s own Rewards Card. I still can’t find it on the website. Bottom line… I hate being fooled with or starting up new relationships. I shall see how I look in the next 10 days to decide. Shame on i Medspa for BAD P.R. Biz manners!!!

I have had several microdermabrasion facials in the past year from i Medspa and have loved each one. My skin always looks wonderful afterwards, I feel refreshed and receive compliments on my skin regularly. I always feel taken care of, and everyone that I have met there is friendly, professional and willing to please.
If you get on their email list, you will receive great discounts for their many services. I live in Santa Monica, yet I drive to El Segundo, happily, to patronize this spa.

I HIGHLY recommend Caitlin for laser/​Botox treatments. She is professional, courteous, friendly, and will take her time to answer any questions. She is very knowledgable and works with you to achieve what you’re looking for. If you want good outcomes, she’s the one to go to.

I Found this place through Unilocal and purchased the coupon for a facial. I had a facial with Dana and she was great about making the facial work for my skin type.
Atmosphere in the spa is nice, everything appeared really clean and the staff were nice and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Bought a Groupon deal for microdermabrasion and didn’t realize it was a full treatment including a facial and neck and shoulder massage. Very good deal.
Dana was super nice and made me feel at ease with my less than stellar complexion. I was rather apprehensive as I am self-​conscious about it unfortunately. I was able to pick her brain about what I should do about my spotty skin (a combo of melasma/​sun damage and acne aftermath) and she recommended some cream as well as cleanser and sunscreen. I got all three and boy, have I noticed a complete improvement in my complexion! Even my husband noticed the difference the SAME day of the treatment and he doesn’t notice as much as others do. I thought for sure that I was going to have to go the major chemical peel or laser route in the near future, but with the cream I have to say, now I think I won’t need to.
In a nutshell, great service both with Dana working her magic on me and Kiki in reception. The ambiance and décor were upscale and nice, and the location really convenient and good with all the great shops and restaurants in the immediate area.
I highly recommend and cannot wait to go back for my second treatment in a few weeks.

I had a facial and microderm here and it was fantastic. My skin looks great, much better than previous experiences with microderm and even IPL (at some fancy pants place in Newport Beach no less). The experience was wonderful. The facial includes a face, shoulders, neck and head massage so you come out of it in a relaxed daze, which is awesome for those of us with lots of stress. I have oily skin with large pores and am in a constant battle with clogged skin, but with all face gunk used during the facial, my skin is clear and no new bumps, which is spectacular.
They did try to upsell product, which IMO is pretty standard for any spa, but they weren’t snooty or offended when I declined. I like to see how products work after the day is done before spending. I don’t usually 5 star unless I go multiple times. I do expect to go here again and when/​if I do, I’ll upgrade based on my next experiences.

my face is ruined from a IPL facial from the skinny younger blonde girl (do not remember her name). she also tried to upsell me for a treatment package for another $ 500 after already paying $ 400 to ruin my face which btw looked completely normal before. i have found someone else in a different city that the girl should have never even recommended i do the ipl as i am a 29 girl with perfect skin… she pressured me into doing it and now my face is all blotchy and it’s been months.

Great facial! They were able to schedule me last minute which was a huge plus. In a nice shopping center with a lot of shopping near by so big plus… Will be back

«This is the best med spa for Botox!» That was told when I got the gift certificate for Xmas. Boy was that a slap in the face. LOL Merry Xmas! Geezz Someone wanted a friend to go to the spa with!
This place was really good. Its right near the Counter where i get burgers all the time. I ended up just going with the microdermabrasion facial! My girlfriend did the botox! It was great very relaxing. Andy is super nice and I will be back for some laser hair removal to use up the rest of my gift certificate. I’ve been there twice and still haven’t used it up!

I-​Med Spa is a fabulous place! I have been going there monthly since June of 2010. Andy (the managing partner) and Kiki (the front desk manager) ensure all runs smoothly and are consummate professionals!
The spa features a wonderful staff inclusive of Catherine (a friendly and knowledgeable RN) and Dana (a skilled and dynamic esthetician).
Dana is a God-​send, as she is incredibly gifted at what she does. She has made a huge impact per the improvement of my skin. It is a pleasure seeing Dana on a monthly basis and I looooove conversing with her… She’s very cool!!!

Location is great, the place is clean and they offer many services at reasonable prices. However, the front desk personnel is not courteous or helpful at all shall you encounter any problems. This has ruined the experience and I rather pay a little more and have a courteous staff.

This spa has a pleasant décor and ambiance. It actually appears to be a high-​end, trendy and most importantly expensive spa, but it wasn’t! They are truly competitive and continue to have great deals each month! The staff is very courteous and I give them two thumbs up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
They have the latest lasers for skin tightening and treating cellulite, waxing, laser hair removal, OBAGI skin products, facials, you should just click on their website ;) They also have wonderful payment plans and do not charge interest… A++++

I have been seeing Dana for almost a year for my eyebrow waxing & facials and followed her to i-​Med spa. She has tremendously helped my skin with her awesome facials & reccomended skin care products. AND I have always received compliments about my eyebrows! She is truly the best esthetician! The staff at i-​Med spa were very friendly & I appreciate phone calls informing me of current spa specials. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! =D

i Medspa was a great experience for me. I experienced excellent service and the clinicians were very knowledgeable. I’ve been getting laser hair removal and have been very happy with the result. My package plan was customized just for me and I feel like they really take the time to address all of my concerns.
