Twin Air

Finding an honest HVAC company is like finding an honest mechanic… you hold onto them! Twin Air put in a new Lennox system approximately 8 years ago, and it’s never had a problem. They also put in a new pressure tank on our well system, installed propane gas inserts and helped my parents with a condensation issue they were having. When I switched the fireplaces to propane the inspector commented on the HVAC. He said most installers don’t take the time to make it look so tidy (Cables/​wires and duct work). He was impressed and stated that they obviously took pride in their work. Twin Air comes out twice a year for maintenance and have never tried up-​selling. Just a smile and efficient work. Highly recommend them!

I love Twin Air. The owners are trustworthy and reliable. The technicians are conscientious and take pride in the quality of their work. A few days ago my A/​C went out just before the weekend. Josh arrived in 10 minutes and had the issue diagnosed and resolved in less than 2 hours; and at a lower price than I was expecting for an after hours service call! I HIGHLY recommend Twin Air.

By far the most professional heating/​air company I have ever worked with. They came out on a Sunday when our a/​c stopped working during a hot weekend. One of the owners, Jeremy came out at 8:30 in the morning, exactly when he said he would be there, had my a/​c fixed and running in less than an hour. He also found further issues and had them fixed as well. The pricing for an emergency visit was very reasonable, he was clean, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I will not only use them exclusively but will recommend them to everyone I know. Beyond impressed!

I work for a service company in a different trade from HVAC, so I have high expectations when it comes to other service providers. I must say I couldn’t be more impressed by the folks at Twin Air.

· I was thoroughly impressed by the technician’s level of expertise.
· Their people fixed my problem promptly and professionally.
· We paid nothing for the repair due to the work being covered under a warranty.

My main floor AC stopped working out of nowhere (4 year old unit) I checked the breaker which was fine but the thermostat was off. Didn’t know what to do and some neighbors said that had issues as well this week. One of them recommended twin air so I tried them out. Gave a call and Jeremy showed up within 20 minutes on a Saturday in 90 degree heat! He found the problem and wrapped up within 30 minutes and showed me how to prevent the issue for the future. Being that I work for a company that lives off customer service I can say that Twin Air delivered on every aspect. Thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic! We needed a whole new air conditioning unit and furnace. Not only did they take their time to make sure it was perfect, they were clean, respectful and some of the nicest people to do business with. We have gone back many times for their plumbing service and a couple nasty leaks. Always amazing service with a smile. We will continue to call on them for any of our HVAC needs.

I have used Twin Air many times from 2008 to 2015, including plumbing/​HVAC for a kitchen remodel, a new water heater, several frost-​free faucet replacements (between two different houses), and yearly HVAC maintenance. Twin Air always arrives on time, the workers know what they’re doing, and I’ve always been pleased with the finished product. Highly recommended!

I have used Twin Air for quite a few years. The first time around they took the time to replace a bad board in my Furnace in the middle of a hot summer on a friday late afternoon. Another company had quoted my a new furnace as they could not figure out the issue. That saved thousands. A few years later I decided to replace the Heat pump\furnace (tax rebate year) I had 3 quotes from various compainies and decided to go back to Twin Air. They did an outstanding job and even reloacated the pump from its original posistion. Great customer service.

I hardly ever write reviews on Unilocal,but I thought this place deserved a glowing recommendation. And here’s why…
When I first tried using my heater this season, I realized it wasn’t turning on. So I first called This big highly advertised company. Huge mistake! It took 2 weeks before they could come to my house, and they diagnosed my problem and estimated cost was going to be $ 930!
So guess what, I told them I’d get a second opinion… In comes Twin Air. I called Twin Air as soon as the other technician left my house (which was Friday at 3pm) and they sent someone (Jeremy) to my house ON THE SAME DAY just 2 hours later. Jeremy diagnosed the problem similar to the first guy’s diagnosis (faulty circut panel). But the cost was only $ 300! (¹⁄₃ the cost vs. the other place).
Clearly, Jeremy knew what he was doing. He did some digging and learned that my heater was still under warranty (a detail that the other guy missed even though I told him my heater was fairly new), which is why the cost was lower. He was also able to come the next day to repair my heater, but unfortunately I was out of town. So instead, another guy, Jose, came by Monday morning and my heat is back on and completely fixed in less than an hour!
Twin Air, I learned, also does plumbing. Jose was able to look at my plumbing issues as well and is going to give me an estimate for the repairs.
I should’ve gone with Twin Air from the beginning. Sometimes it’s just better to go with a smaller company. They guys here were very professional and just nice to deal with.
Next time, I know better… Thanks Twin Air!

Called to get an estimate on some vent work. Tollie came by, was very professional curteous and experienced. I was looking forward to working with him on the job. We never received a quote. I followed up only to get the message he would get it to me after his vacation. Followed-​up again a week later with email and left a message. No response. Unfortunate I couldn’t have used them.

I’ve used these guys a couple times. Once to fix my old furnace then finally to replace it. They were timely and professional. There prices are very reasonable. They answered all my questions and were very friendly and knowledgable. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone needing any work on their heating or cooling system.

I cannot say enough good things about Twin Air LLC. Tollie, Jose, and John came out today and removed our old, broken furnace and replaced it with a brand new furnace. Tollie went above and beyond the call of duty, working with us, and working with his vendors, to get us a deal that nobody could beat. We will NEVER forget his generosity of spirit and deed. Thank you Tollie, Jose, and John. You are AWESOME!

Jose from Twin Air LLC came out and did a tune up/​spring service for both of our HVAC systems. We went with the year contract with them because it was significantly cheaper and included the current service and one in the fall. I really like Jose’s expertise and efficiency. He was done within an hour and arrived on time. I will definitely be using this company in the future!
Not sure about the other reviewer’s comments on Tollie. All of the conversations and questions I have had have been answered timely.

Called for an estimate on a new heat pump. Tollie, the owner came by to check on my old system. Said he would get me a quote in a day or two. It’s been 6 days and no quote. I sent an email and no reply Not sure if he really wanted my business. AVOID!
