We will only use Edwards Air! They are reasonable, prompt, polite, knowledgable and most important, honest!

As luck would have it my parents furnace went out just after the recent snow storms. A quick call to Edwards Air the system back up and running, even after dear olé dad tried to fix it himself and failed. Good guys who know how to get things back up and running quickly and efficiently.

From the front office to the field techs, all around great people and great service. I’ve been through quite a few techs in the area, big and small. There’s a reason I’m ripping up my previous vendor cards and writing a Unilocal review for these guys.
Classic, customer-​service business. I’m a fan.

I don’t think I can fully put into words exactly how good of an experience I had with Edwards Air. I found their info here on Unilocal and I could not be happier with calling them to repair my AC. Shawn was an absolute joy to talk with. She was courteous, helpful, and called me back when she said she would. She scheduled the appointments, kept me in the loop on ordering parts, answered my non-​technical questions, promptly informed me of any changes, and was pretty much awesome the whole time.
Jamie and Jimmy (the technicians) were simply amazing as well — two good-​humored, hometown guys that put my wife and I immediately at-​ease. Every step they took was fully explained. If I had a question (and there were a few), they not only gave me the answer, they explained, in detail, the «why.» At no point did I feel in-​the-​dark about anything they were doing. The AC fix was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced.
Needless to say, we loved working with them from the very beginning. We’ll definitely be recommending them every opportunity we get.

These Guys are great. Fast same day service, No extra charges, Found the problem FAST and fixed it right away. No up-​sell, no hassle, didn’t bother me about my unit being over 20 years old. They just fixed my problem and kept me cool and working. I will definitely be calling Edwards Air from now on. It is hard to find truly capable service and repair folks these days but this crew is the real deal, from answering the phone to fixing the unit the whole team worked together to help me out. Thanks

Really great company. Great customer service. Average pricing. The pricing won’t blow you away, but easily competitive to everything else out there. Small company so you feel like they care a little more than a place like Snell or FHFurr. I’ll definitely continue using them.

They do a great job! I have had been in a time crunch a few times and they always show up to my properties. They have reasonable prices as well!

We’ve known Edwards Air for years. I’ve known the commercial side through work since 1999, and they’ve done work at my house for just as long. Most recently, they replaced both my indoor and outdoor units. The work was done quickly, and they were extremely reasonable. Jamie and Jimmy were a pleasure to work with, and Shawn kept us informed throughout the entire process. Everything went seamlessly, and we couldn’t be happier! Edwards Air came as a recommendation from one of our neighbors who recently had their A/​C serviced. The technicians were prompt and they were honest and knowledgeable. They serviced the A/​C and didn’t try to sell me on repairs or improvements that were not needed. It takes a lot to get 5 stars from me but they really earned it. I put their number on my fridge and will recommend it to anyone who needs their HVAC serviced.

We had our Furnace go out during one of the freezes. Called our Home Warranty Program, waited a few days for their recommended plumber to come out. When they came out told us the whole system needed to be replaced and that the warranty program wouldn’t cover because we didn’t have regularly maintenance programs and that the filter was dirty. Also, would take a few days more to get parts and fix, through the next 0 deg drop. sorry was their comment.

Used Unilocal to find someone local for another opinion. Found Edwards Air. What a different story.
They showed up the same day, said the draft motor was at the end of its lifecycle (14 – 15 yrs) and just needed to be replaced. Told me that a filter would never cause the system to fail. Also, stated that the ‘maintenance’ plan was a crock but sounds really good. He had the part brought over while they prepared the system and had me back up and running within 3 hours, start to finish. Also best part… price was $ 230 total. Much better than the thousands the other guy wanted.
I have a new found friend and will use them for all my future AC/​Furnace needs!

Edwards Air is a trustworthy, reliable company that I will call again and again. They came highly recommended by my favorite plumber Cliff, with Sanders Plumbing, and he was sure right about them. They are responsive, flexible, reasonably priced and so honest about the «needs to be done» work, versus the «nice to be done» expensive work that another company might try to sell you on. They are a true gem in the household services market. I recommend them for all of your heating and cooling system needs.

We noticed that the upstairs A/​C unit in our home did not seem to be able to get the temperature down according to the plan we used in our programmable thermostat and called Edwards Air largely due to the recommendation of a neighbor. They listened to my description of the symptoms and made a recommendation that would save me money for unnecessary system replacement at this time. This was a recommendation that was well worth following. I have placed they company magnet in a prominent place on the refrigerator and will be calling them again in the future (when needed).

We used Edwards Air Inc today to service our heating system. The service was incredible and the price very affordable. They called 20 minutes before arriving and were ON TIME. The gentleman who came to the house was very nice. If you want an honest business to help you with your HVAC needs, I highly recommend Edwards Air, Inc.
