Dunkin’ Donuts

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place frustrates me beyond belief. First, when I worked a daywork shift, I would go in each morning at 5am to get my coffee. Well, first thing I’d noticed every morning is the enormous line. However, it’s not the line I have a problem with, it’s the fact that they have ONE person at the register! It’s 5am and everyone is trying to get coffee, why would you only have one person working? My second complaint is that they don’t listen, they just make your coffee as they please. Time and time again I ask for coffee with extra milk and only get a coffee with a little bit of milk. So I ask for more milk, hand over my cup of milk-​less coffee and what do I get? A coffee with hardly any milk. I opted out for Starbucks where I can pour as much milk as I like.

This location offered a deal for checking in — which no one knew about or how to use it. Pretty frustrating. They weren’t exactly thrilled about figuring it out either.
Bright side… dark roast coffee was delicious and the bow tie donut hit the spot.

I visited at about 1am so I can’t comment on their rush hour efficiency. This Dunkys is also a Baskin Robbins so they have ice cream, cakes etc in addition to the normal Dunkin products.
The staff here was super helpful. At 1am this is sometimes unusual. Michael L helped me and he couldn’t have been more helpful.
The donuts were still in the back as they were new but he said that anything I needed and I he’d check to see if they had it. To top it off they offer a free doughnut upon your first check in so I ended up paying $ 0.99 for my tea and doughnut.
Big parking lot, outside seating, easy in/​out of the lot. Win win. Keep it going like this guys.

I normally get coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts and today was no exception. When I checked in on Unilocal,there was an offer for a free doughnut. I got a double chocolate doughnut, and it was the hardest, crunchiest pastry I have ever eaten. I was already on I-​66, so it wasn’t worth turning around to go back. I was, however, very disappointed in what I received.

Fast fast service always a great selection. Very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking multiple ways in and out. Highly recommend. Great coffee

Nothing special, but not terrible. I ordered a double scoop and got the waffle cone free! I definitely got more than a double scoop. We could easily have ordered, got our ice cream and left as there isn’t much accountability for paying. Of course we did pay.

Really can’t say anything bad about this Dunkin Donuts! It’s clean, the workers are friendly and the breakfast sandwiches and donuts were fresh tasting. The building was clean and there was plenty of seating. It’s open ²⁴⁄₇ and it’s close to the major roadways, so it’s convenient. Until they open the one in Bristow, I’ll use this one.

I came here because I had a free drink to redeem and some time to kill. Drink was good, but they were out of straws (!!!) and their wifi didn’t work.

I waited at the cash register for someone to help me with ice cream for almost ten minutes. Several apathetic employees stood around and stared at me, stared at each other, and did everything, including cleaning, rather than helping me with my order. I had to ask someone to help me, and eventually someone did. The two stars are for the giant size ice cream the guy scooped for me, and now delicious the ice cream was. But, the service was so terrible.

No alternative milks :(everywhere else has almond milk please bring it in here too! The blueberry iced coffee isn’t the same without adding almond milk. The cashier was super nice and the place was clean, but walked out emptied handed.

Less than a mile from my house which allows me to be a daily morning customer Monday — Friday. Location is excellent for those using I-​66. With the exception of one male clerk, the employees are friendly and provide quick and accurate customer service. My only complaint — hot coffee is sometimes a bit weak. Not sure if it’s to drum up business for their dark roast or different people = different coffee.

I usually would not write a review for a chain restaurant, but this Dunkin’/Baskin Robins is something special. They have an amazing staff! I think the managers go out of their way to find the most pleasant people in the world. The food is done really well consistently, so you will not be disappointed. I also like the ample and updated seating areas.

Let’s keep this simple. Service was bad and ice cream was horrible. My friends ice cream was fine, but the one I order was bad. I walked back to the counter to tell the guy who served me, he did not apologize or even seems to care when I told him that he should remove the flavor I got because it was bad. I always order the same flavor for the past 3 years so I know how it suppose to taste, plus it was clear that it was soft and foamy. Bad bad bad.

I visited this location as a last minute decision on my way home from court and I have to say it was an incredible experience. I had gone to the Dunkin donuts on Liberia Ave earlier this year and had a horrible experience there. So horrible in fact, that I left, and vowed never to return. But I love the taste of Dunkin Donuts coffee, I am a customer service manager myself, so I know how important good personal skills and customer service means to a business as well as the clients. I was half expecting the normal average service I’m use to at most places. I was in for a refreshing surprise when the young man Christopher at the register took my order and did not bat an eye or give me any grief when I asked for a small customized sandwich. In fact, he just simply said «sure, no problem.» All this and he said it With a smile and a nice genuine demeanor. He continued to take my order and also did a stellar job at getting my order processed accurately and in a very timely manner. Its refreshing to know that this young man «gets it» when it comes to customer service. Honestly, I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts to any of my friends. Thank you Christopher for renewing my faith in Dunkin Donuts. :)

This is a great place for breakfast. I had some snacks here. Friendly staff and spacious seating spots. They have outdoor seating as well. Bagel with cream cheese is good here. Dunkacchino is also very good. Croissant with omelette tastes great. If you don’t like anything have a coffee.

I had gone into dunkin donuts on 08÷27÷14 around 12:40am. The associate that was working barely said 3 words to me nor offered to help. I asked for a dozen donuts and with a roll of the eyes he proceeded to «help». With the many choices in front of me it was hard to pick out 12 off the bat. Labels were missing which led me to have to ask what kind of donuts were which and I had to point which became an inconvenience on both ends. I don’t expect 100% best English but this gentleman didn’t speak a lick of English. I’m from the area this dunkin is at and I could expect nothing less but the fact he couldn’t help me help him by at least trying to tell me what donuts where which. With all that being said, I must had got in there during a switch of old donuts to the new, I must had gotten all the old because they were horrible. Growing up my grandfather would go to giant every Saturday morning and I’d wake up to the classic big chocolate frosted crispy donuts; these weren’t even close. Maybe it’s just the location or maybe dunkin has lost it’s quality over time… I suppose the moral of this is, horrible associate and that’s coming from someone who’s work 7 years in retail.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is awesome because it’s combined with a Baskin-​Robbins. For this review I will cover the Dunkin’ Donuts part because that was what I purchased and paid attention to most.
The place is much larger than your standard Dunkin’ Donuts. I liked that it’s clearly separated yet still well meshed with the Baskin-​Robbins. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. The facility was clean and well maintained.
The service I received was prompt and the cashier was friendly. My iced coffee was made quickly and just the way I like it. The donut was tasty as always.
There is lots of parking in the private lot they have, so even if they’re busy you should be able to find a spot.
Nothing’s better than being able to get a coffee, donuts and ice cream in the same spot, so I’ll definitely be back here for my sugar fix.

I especially like that if a person in line isn’t quite sure what they want, the cashier takes the next person, keeping the line moving!

Stopped in a few weeks ago for half a dozen dougnuts. I haven’t been to a DD in years. This had a lot of selection and the people at the counter very nice and helpful.

New Dunkin is really nice it is a little tricky getting in the parking lot. I tried to get in a week ago but line was out the door. I just hope they staff it good so the line moves.
When I was there the selection was quite good not like some which only have maybe ten flavors. This is shop looks better than most maybe Dunkin is upping there game on the seating area.
