Dunkin’ Donuts

I used to always go to this location because their customer service was outstanding. I went there today around lunch time. The girl at the registered asked the girl that was cleaning the floors to ring me up (I guess she wasn’t signed in to the computer system). The girl mopping the floor made it loud and clear that she was busy cleaning the floor and didn’t want to come help. She was jibber jabbering the entire way and continued to complain even after she got to the register. Then she looked at me and smiled and asked if she could help me. It was obvious she didn’t want to be there and customer service isn’t priority in her book. She was rude to the lady who was wearing a manager name tag. Just no respect to authority. Anyway. Food was good. My niece didn’t like the chicken sandwich. I was super disappointed to see the slim pickens I got for paying extra for hash browns. It hardly filled ½ the bag. The old staff was better.

I went to find some chocolate éclair and they did not have any éclair. I was very disappointed but I settled for a different kind of donut. I hope next time I go they have the donut I’m actually craving.

Pretty standard DD. Had an iced latte and people watched in Walmart. Nice speedy free WiFi. The girls at the counter were totally cute, bubbly and fun. Love it!

Awsome fixing in a walmart staff is very friendly and this shop has a full menu also found pretzels and popcorn here. Such a good add on to redbox movies.

Staff seemed like they did not want to be there, short and terse. Maybe having a bad day so OK. Got the toaster sandwich combo came with ¹⁄₃ bag of hash browns and the bread was soaked in oil/​grease, didn’t eat any of it. First time I’ve tried a breakfast at a location and probably the last.

I an a big fan of coffee and donuts. Unfortunately the staff were just not the best. Latty the shift leader was rude and gave me an attitude when one of their coupons did not work and was holding up the line. Not pleased with the service.

Service is quick. Egg veggie sandwich they make for me was not so good. Egg was sitting in one corner and other side was just flat bread.
Happened to be there again and got latte with bagel, which was kind a burnt on one side. Latte was alright. Not so friendly service.

Typical Dunkin Donuts. I came to this location to purchase gift cards for someone for Christmas.
Simply writing a review to state that this Dunkin Donuts is located in the Walmart. I walked around the mall looking for it before finally realizing it was in Walmart. Hopefully this helps someone out.

I am a HUGE fan of Dunkin Donuts. I love the vegetarian sandwich they have for breakfast, which is also Weight Watchers friendly.
I particularly LOVE the coffee. So much so that I buy it at home. I travel to New England frequently for work. Dunkin Donuts is based there and they have perfected the addition of cream and sugar to their coffee. In NE, it is very consistent, but I’ve found that is not the case at some of the other branches. This branch definitely doesn’t have it down. The coffee was a bit bitter and there was not enough sugar added.
No worries, DD, you are still my go-​to for coffee and I’ll continue to seek out other branches, but I won’t bother with this one again.

I stopped at the vision center today in Wal Mart and made the mistake of wanting a donut. DD has never been a fave but I figured what the heck. I figure my Dr would want me to eat a donut once in a while so I can remain his patient. There was a «Gratuity» cup on the counter and it said something like «Gratuities accepted for Exceptional Service». I was all set to drop some change into this cup-​that is until I stepped up to the counter and had to deal with the Grinch working at DD. What a surly attitude this girl had. Grumpy as hell. She handed me my donut then my change with nary a word of thanks, go to hell, or anything. And to top it off I didn’t eat the donut until I drove away. It was stale as can be.

Had a quick bite here yesterday on a shopping trip. Service was quick and friendly. Will try it again!
