Service was super slow. Took them about 7 minutes to make my sundae. My mom had already finished her ice cream before mine was even made. I ordered the Reese’s peanut butter cup sundae and it was alright. Not blaming that on the specific store, the guy made it exactly how I wanted it. I just don’t really like the consistency of the peanut butter sauce. And rather than having peanut butter cups in the sundae, it seems all that was in there was the hard edges from the outside. Not a lot of seating in this location either, but it is convenient to have a Dunkin Donuts inside the same location. Probably won’t be back though.

Very nice place. The only reason I couldn’t give them a five star rating is because their service is not that great. The employees don’t seem to be very on the ball. Otherwise, great place to go for ice cream!

Although our sister did not like the ice cream flavor she had, the fact that we could find a Baskin Robbins at 12 am in the night was awesome. They should serve fresh waffle cones rather than the cold n soggy ones on display.

We came to this location on a late Sunday evening recently in January on a mission — to find a mint chocolate ice cream cake! I was skeptical that Baskin Robbins would still be open — who else would be craving ice cream on a freezing cold, winter evening? Lo and behold, this location(which is joined with a Dunkin Donuts) is open 24 hours, perfect for satisfying those late night donut/ice cream urges. There were a huge array of ice cream cakes available(and 3 mint chocolate chip!) for us to choose from, service was quick, the store was clean, and the staff was friendly. We left happy and satisfied that we found what we were searching for!
