Other services we offer include tile and stone cleaning and sealing, carpet and upholstery sanitizing and protecting and emergency water removal services. We also have red stain removal.

History

Established in 2013.

Kevin Burns began with Chem-​Dry as a technician, in Phoenix, over 20 years ago. After working up to become Service Manager, he then went on to purchase his own franchise-​Chem-​Dry of Lake Havasu in 1999. In 2010, Kevin and I expanded, purchasing Chem-​Dry of Yuma County. In early 2013, while traveling to Madera to pick up the latest truck mount equipment that Chem-​Dry offers, we found that the Madera County franchises were available. After looking around and loving the area and the kindness of all the people we met, we decided to expand into California. We love the people, Madera and surrounding area so much that we have decided to relocate here. We look forward to building another successful business here and getting to know to know the people of Madera.

Business Owner

Kevin built a successful business in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He bagan operating there in 1999. In 2010, Kevin and Sheree purchased Chem-​Dry of Yuma County. That successful franchise was awarded the 2013 Rising Star Award at the annual Chem-​Dry Convention in Las Vegas. It has also been awarded the 2013 President’s Award. Kevin and Sheree are looking forward to doing the same in Madera and looking forward to meeting and making many new friends.
