Niks Auto Salon

I have had many people try to get my Yukon to shine, but none have been successful. Nik did a great job, and I will be having him come back out again to do both of my cars. He not only showed up early, but he was watching the weather to make sure that he did the detail on a dry day so I could appreciate the shine for a few hours before the rain came. I would recommend him to anyone with a large car, truck or van.

My car looks great! We have 3 dogs and an infant so my car was pretty gross on the inside. Nick’s auto salon cleaned everything, inside and out. My car hasn’t looked this good in years. They were quick, thorough, and easy to work with. We did have to reschedule once due to rain, but that’s what happens when they come to you. I would definitely recommend them.

My Nissan 350 Z looks fantastic! These folks showed up when they said they would, even called when they were leaving. All that and I was able to sit in my home office working the whole time. Now my wife wants to have them come back and do her’s… Excellent service.

Just had my car detailed today by Nik. Nik called and mentioned he was running behind, apologized, and said he would call as soon as he finished up with his current job. I received a call back from Nik letting me know his location and ETA. Upon arrival he sincerely apologized again and got right to work. Our 10 year old car looks brand new! He and his helper did an amazing job. I will absolutely be using them again. It is beyond convenient that they come to you.

Yesterday, I got my car detailed by them. They did a wonderful job! They were quick and thorough. The people were super nice. They were late, but they stayed in contact with me and let me know as the day went. Great customer service! Highly recommend them. I will definitely get my car cleaned by them again! My car is cleaner now than it was when I bought it! It smells and looks brand new!

These two did a great job. First of all, I work a million hours a week and do not have time to take my car anywhere. Well, they came to my office! They were on time, which was much appreciated. Secondly, the car looked fantastic after they were done. The only thing I wasn’t sure about was that I had to ask if they could vacuum the trunk but I think they hesitated because it had a bunch of stuff back there. Once I removed it all, they were happy to do it. So great price, great service, overall great! Clean car – yay! I will definitely use these guys again and recommend them to others!

I bought a Groupon for Nik’s back in May. The first time they were scheduled they cancelled due to a family emergency. After rescheduling, they called a few hours before their scheduled arrival time to ask if they could come one and a half hours after the arranged appointment time. As this didn’t work for me I rescheduled a 3^rd time. They just called to say they couldn’t make it because of the weather. When I mentioned that this was the 3^rd time they called to reschedule, they said they couldn’t be responsible for the weather, ignoring the two other times they rescheduled on me. This is not the way to run a business and I will not be using their services ever. Use them at your own risk.

I bought a Groupon for detailing my car after reading a couple reviews. I have 2 dogs & really needed the inside cleaned. I asked what was included and was told the inside would be vacuumed & shampooed. «Great! I need that most of all with 2 dogs» I said. What a surprise when they were done & my seats were still dirty. When I asked about it. I was told it was $ 40 more for the seats (they only cleaned the floor) & I would have to call to schedule it. I would have paid for it had I been told this in advance since this was my main reason for calling. I felt scammed and angry. Poor communication and mediocre work. My car looks better but there was still hair on the seats and one of the windows wasn’t very clean. I could have saved the $ 75 and spent an hour or so and done a better job myself. Their tip stayed in my pocket! Too bad as I was really looking forward to this and a long-​term relationship.

Bought a Groupon for this service. I was happy to find one that came to me! No waiting around a waiting room bored out of my gourd. They were prompt, and did a great no-​nonsense cleaning of my entire car. It looks almost new again (it’s a 10 year old vehicle, and hadn’t had a serious cleaning in years). They couldn’t get out all the stains in the upholstery or rugs, but one cannot expect miracles. However, the entire interior looks clean and smells clean (and not overly perfumed). And they got almost all of the green algae looking stuff that had started to appear in the jambs, gutters, under the roof rack, etc. (Some is apparently imbedded too deep to get out, something they told me was possible when they got here… but they took brushes and rags to it all and got all that was humanly possible). The roof rack is the only place he wasn’t happy with, but I can’t see it, so I’m happy. If I’d had this done more often, it would not have been a problem at all. I’m going to have to make room in my budget to get this done at least once a year. And I would recommend their services whole-​heartedly.

My wife got me a Groupon for my truck. It was trashed and need a good cleaning. I got my appointment scheduled and then I was asked a couple of questions that I was not ready for. «Where is the power supply?» and «where is the water hook-​up?» HUH? I did not realize that they came out to me. Sweet!
They did a great job on the interior. It was amazingly clean. They did not use any deodorants to make my truck smell pretty, just clean. The exterior was fine. It was not as deep down clean as the interior. They made the tires all shiny, a little too shiny. My truck is old, it has dents and rust; the detailer went a little over board with the tire «manicure». The tires are a little blingy for my taste.
Overall they did a good job. My truck looked and smelled clean. They came out to me. I would recommend them.

Wow!!! My car looks fantastic. Aaron, from Nik’s, worked on my car for almost 3 hours and this was from a Dealfind for much, much less. It was polished and vacuumed and he even made a few adjustments to things like license plates that were bent. He did a beautiful job in the trunk too. Everything looked beautiful — like a brand new car! And, he was on-​time and I really appreciate that with a busy schedule. Polite, professional and all around excellent.

We recently purchased a 2001 SUV and wanted to invest in a professional interior cleaning service. The car was in good overall shape and was by no means filthy but it hadn’t been cleaned well in a few years so it had hair, dust, debris, and random little objects throughout – especially in the corners of the carpet and where the seats attach to the chassis. We had never invested in a professional cleaning service but after shopping around we concluded that what we wanted – interior shampoo, thorough vacuuming, waxing – generally ran for between $ 160 and $ 250. During my search I noticed that Unilocal had a promotion for Nik’s Auto Salon– a $ 200 coupon for $ 100. Pretty compelling. After visiting their website and reviewing their options, I decided the ‘Platinum service’ was the type of professional service we needed. However, because the business is relatively new I was hesitant to patronize it in the absence of a long record of positive reviews. I also noticed they didn’t have a permanent location. As a cautious and skeptical consumer, this worried me and made me reluctant to purchase the coupon. However, in the end we considered that Unilocal had been good to us in the past and decided to take a chance. I am very glad we did. Nik is a good guy and a professional. He and his partner showed up to my apartment building and explained what Platinum auto cleaning option covered. Because the water hoses in my apartment building did not quite reach the SUV, they gave me the option of taking it to a local Brown Bear to use their water hoses and bringing it back to finish the interior at our complex. I agreed and they got right to work on the SUV with efficiency and professionalism. Within an hour they where back and spent the next hour combing the inside of the car thoroughly, shampooing, and vacuuming it meticulously. They also gave the car a shiny wax that left it sparkling. Nik even included a cleaning and reconditioning of the leather seats– an extra that was not included in our package. In the end it was a pleasant experience and I was glad to tip them for a job well done. I did suggest to Nik that they may consider providing customers a permanent address to give them piece of mind or the option of dropping off their car. Nik says they are already working on it. I highly recommend Nik’s Auto Salon.

A friend of mine recommended Niks Auto Salon to me after I had used one of those website discount deals for another detailing shop that really didn’t do more than wash my car.
When I got my car back from Niks it looked practically new! I was so impressed by the job that they did and for their professional customer service.
