I feel compelled to update my review and, sadly, remove a couple stars. I’ve been trying to get a hold of these folks for almost two weeks now, and they won’t return my emails or my call. They had said they could recommend a good autobody shop and so I followed up, asking for the recommendation. I also said I needed a receipt for the detailing service. It’s like they’ve completely disappeared, no answer at all. Communication is key for me and I won’t again give my money to or expend effort on a company that can’t return a phone call or email in a timely manner. And I had recommended them to someone else after just after they detailed my car, which I now regret.
