We are very picky about how our dog is groomed. We’ve never had as good of a cut as at the Little Groomer. Our dog has been groomed here 4 – 5 times and every time has been the same. They do excellent work to make our adorable goldendoodle look great.

We asked for half an inch to an inch off his ears specifically. They apparently wrote down 1 to 2 inches. They cut off at LEAST 3 inches. 3 inches off ears is huge. Look at the photos to see and decide if this is what you want for your dogs. This is the third time there was miscommunication but by far the worst. I believe in giving multiple chances so that is why we were extra clear this time with instructions but I’m done now.
I guess the plus side is that they always take appointments very quickly which is why we kept going back month after month but the line has been crossed.

Love the folks at the LIttle Groomer! They are always welcoming to our two big dogs Guinness and Harper and they do a wonderful job. I just wish that they were open on Saturdays, even if it was just in the morning.

I’ve taken my dog here several times and she gets a good cut, but the customer service is hit or miss. The last time they kept her most of the day — not good for a dog that’s high strung. I asked why they scheduled her for 10 a.m. if they didn’t cut her until the late afternoon and they seemed miffed that I had the nerve to ask. In fact, after they agreed to move her up a few hours they hung up on me. Why so crabby? I was nice and just trying to make the experience comfortable for my dog. Then when I went to pick her up they were unfriendly. I took my dog outside and she peed seven times and drank out of a puddle. So no water and no potty breaks apparently. That’s not a kind way to treat an animal. I’ll go somewhere else in the future.
