The Classic Clip

I take my dogs there twice a year for a few years now. They were treated well and the job was done in the time they said it would be. I never had to leave my dogs there for more than 4 hours. When I asked them not to use any heavily scented shampoo, they complied. None of my dogs have ever been cut by mistake.
I check prices of all grooming shops within 15 minutes radius, they are the best for my two Maltese.
The husband and wife team once were very grouchy when I was 10 minutes late for pick up (after their shop hours). It was my fault and anyone can get grouchy after a long day.

We have brought our old english sheepdogs here several times, they are clean, friendly, give us reminder calls.
Above all, our dogs are happy when they go, they are always well groomed and you can tell they are super gentle with both dogs. We have done full grooms and baths and everytime we say how amazing they look.
And they are super affordable

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! I took my friend’s Maltese for a grooming on Saturday and they absolutely BUTCHERED him. He’s trimmed right to the skin, cut in several places, very sore, and traumatized. He couldn’t even sit down in the back of the car because he hurt too much, he just paced and whined. It was absolutely heartbreaking!
I had a bad feeling when I walked in and I should have gone with my gut. The gal there was rude, gave monosyllabic answers to my questions, and seemed totally uninterested in me as a client. When I picked him up and she saw the look on my face, she just snapped: «He’s very nervous. He kept sitting down, that’s why he looks that way.» I mean, what the hell. This woman obviously didn’t like dogs or what she does for a living. I was almost in tears when I gave the dog back to my friend.
I learned two things with this experience: You get what your pay for, and go with your instinct when you walk into a place where you are entrusting the care of an animal, and they act like they couldn’t care less. Your pet ends up paying for your mistake in the end.
