Leslie Yarnes Sugai is a partner in the Los Gatos law firm of Sugai & Sudweeks. Ms. Sugai has been an attorney for 20 years and has been designated a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, and is an Accredited Attorney by the Veterans Administration. She practices in the areas of estate planning, trusts and estate administration, Medi-​Cal and special needs planning, and conservatorships. Ms. Sugai has previously lectured to attorneys and other professionals on estate planning and trust administration matters. She is a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association, the West Valley Bar Association, Santa Clara County Estate Planning Council and the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law section of The State Bar of California. Ms. Sugai earned her B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz and her J.D. degree
