In 1986, when my company was founded, I provided daily luncheons and dinners to several Silicon Valley firms who wanted a different cuisine each day. I provided meals from every corner of the globe… from Greece to France to Jamaica, then back again to California: from Kalamata olive studded Greek salads to bouillabaisse to jerked chicken to cherry cider brined wood smoked duck., and sometimes, just simple American comfort food. They raved about it all. I can honestly say that after 3 years of this, I can expertly prepare dishes from nearly every region of the world. As a native of Palo Alto, California from an Italian family, my forte is Mediterranean food influenced by the local bounty of the Santa Clara Valley. I am also skilled in Spanish, French, Italian, Greek, Mid Eastern, Pacific Rim, Asian, Nuevo Latino, classic Mexican, and South American cuisine.

History

Established in 1986.

From chemist/​process engineer at a Fortune 500’s start up company, I morphed into the passionate chef and owner of a successful Bay Area catering company. Yes, most chemists are also ‘foodies’. Indeed, food is our passion.

Since 1986, I’ve had the privilege of watching the Silicon Valley evolve as I provided feasts to its players and their quintessential Silicon Valley companies… from Xerox PARC; Steve Jobs’ pirate company, NeXT; Schlumberger’s AI lab; Intel, Sun Labs; to the VC’s of Kleiner Perkins and Mayfield Fund; to Peter Jennings & ABC News’ Bay Area coverage of the 1992 Presidential election. For the past 22 years, my team and I have been catering awesome meals to appreciative audiences of grand gala events, weddings, parties ~ having seen the hey day of the Valley ~ while watching it evolve into what it is today.
