I have to share Chocolate Dream Box **New Location** is a local Gem! I love their new location, it is in a much bigger space with not only amazing Chocolates, but also nice gift items for special occasions.
I have to give a special shout out to Jack! I needed multiple truffle gifts sets for work and I was running behind and he was so kind and stayed late until I arrived. All of my items were nicely wrapped and in the bag ready to go when I arrived.
It’s nice to know there is still steelier customer service in locally owned establishments.
Thank you again Jack, you made me look like a Rock Star at work!

Super upscale chocolate place. Honestly im like the least bougie person you’ll ever meet — im good with a hershey bar and for lunch it doesnt really get better than mcdonalds chicken nuggets lol. Anyways, i found this place through Unilocal and decided to stop by to pick up a gift for my neighbor’s daughters for watching my dog for the night while i was away.
The owner is a super nice guy. I bought the small sample box for them and a peanut butter cup for myself. my roommate ended up getting some stuff as well. Every box is packaged really nicely and presentable. A lot of the chocolates are made with wines and liquors in them as well and i will definitely be back to try those and for other gifting occasions! Chocolate was delicious!

Chocolate Dream Box has completely wooed me away from Schurras. This is my go to spot, now. The chocolate is amazing. The man who makes the chocolate is very nice and I always enjoy talking to him. I come to the Chocolate Dream Box for every special occasion. The offer of coming to the Chocolate Dream Box to get a chocolate covered orange peel was enough to get my two year old to agree to calmly get a flu shot.

Loved this shop! Prices are definitely premium so these are special-​occasion chocolates. Options for truffles include Macallan single malt, JD honey butter, passion fruit, rum, grand marnier– all delicious and pretty as jewels. Service is great too.

As someone who works in a school we get A LOT of chocolate as Christmas presents. I’m not complaining but often it is See’s (ick) or other chocolate that is just ordinary. Today I received a box from Chocolate Dream Box. So, so yummy and beautiful. Looking at it was almost as good as eating it. The hazelnut chocolate was my fav! I had to look at Unilocal to see where the shop is located so I can head there tomorrow to pick up some gifts for others (not gonna lie… some more for me too :)

For gifts, I used to give chocolates from Fleur de Cocoa. I gave Chocolate Dream Box a try and won’t be switching back. Their variety is astounding, and all I’ve tried have a wonderful flavor and texture.

Was in the area getting lunch when we spotted the name Chocolate Dream Box. Doesn’t that sound like something magical to just pull you in? Upon walking in, you’re hit with the the delicious smell of fresh chocolate. Everything there is so cute! And all made in store! The truffles are amaaaazing. I find the price very reasonable for the quality that you get. I will definitely be coming back.

The Chocolate Dream Box offers exquisitly tasty and beautiful candies that are a wonderful indulgence — and they make a great gift. There you can find truffles, but also specialty items such as dark or milk chocolate cats, marshmallow hearts, goofy looking chocolate frogs or any number of seasonal items. The price is good for the quality of the items offered for sale. The new location is large and bright, and as always, the people working there are knowledgeable and pleasant. I’d have given this place six out of five stars had the system let me.

This is an awesome place with chocolate that is made in the store. The prices are similar to what you will find in other gourmet chocolate stores. The chocolate is delicious and the designed are so cute!
It is located in an area with plenty of parking and it shares a lot with Safeway. I can run into Safeway to buy a bottle of wine, and run to the chocolate store for the best Hostess gift!

Found this by accident, just driving by and stopping at Safeway. So glad I peeked in. Really great chocolate (we’re chocolate snobs!). Charming chocolate maker. I put together a dark chocolate sampler box. Great presentation. My husband & I loved it. Try it, you won’t disappointed!

I came in prepared to spend about $ 50 on chocolate covered caramels, but I wanted them in a gift box (their pretty purplish ones). The salesperson told me no, as then the recipient «would expect to be getting our famous truffles.»
Oh.
I left empty handed.

A month ago my hubby surprised me with my favorite chocolates, and cookies… Wait a minute cookies!!! To be more specific it was french macarons, and it was an dreamy marvellicious French macarons tasting experience. I devoured it so quickly I forgot to take pictures of it to share it with you. :(my bad!
I’m wide awake in the middle of the night wondering why were the cookies in there with the chocolates. Is Chocolate Dream Box making & selling it at the store too? The only respond I got from my hubby was that Holly (owner) made these cookies, and she wanted us to try it out. SCORE! How cool is that? I mean nothing tops off a box of chocolate and french macarons on my birthday.
Mother’s Day is around the corner, it’s time to place some orders. I wonder if they have any French macarons for sale?

Damn the Barefoot coffee place in this mall is go e. However there’s a new chocolate maker in the mix. Packed with chocolate and Easter based goodies. Got English toffee, caramel turtles, and a handful of the truffles which are all solid. Owners/​workers are friendly and gave us some good recs. friend said the macarons were dry but the chocolate products were solid too. It’s a bit off the beaten path but if you like artisanal confections it’s worth a visit

Warning — very addictive! The chocolates are so good. I’ve tried many chocolate shops in the area and always end up coming back here. They have a large variety, all delicious. My favorite is the peanut butter, the rum cup a close second. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

First off, I don’t consider this place that expensive. I can buy one amazing piece of chocolate and be more satisfied than with a ton of cheap chocolate. I’ll buy ten pieces that last a week. I also love when they have chocolate dipped strawberries. I know the quality of the chocolate and the berry is going to be top notch. (I purchased some from a local supermarket, and the berries were fuzzy on the inside… euw.)
I also love getting chocolate covered marshmallow hearts around Valentine’s Day.
I’m so grateful that they moved. The parking is so much better at the Dowling Center. And since they remodeled, there’s a lot of easy parking right in front.
Service is always super friendly and with a big smile.

Wonderful European style chocolates in San Jose. A lovely small local business. The chocolate and fillings are high quality and delicious. They also make amazing toffee. All these years and we just discovered the toffee. I’m also a big fan of their marshmallow, there is nothing like home made marshmallow. We are so glad they are finally re-​opened at their new location. It was a long six months.

Yay! Chocolate Dream Box is back open! Their new location is in the same plaza as Safeway, too. There is plenty of parking in front of the store.
The chocolates are just amazing here! I had to stop by the new location to check it out. I love how they pack all their boxes with a cute ribbon. Its definitely great as gifts for friends and family.
My favorite is the chocolate peanut butter cup and hazelnut crunch. I’ve loved all the different pieces I’ve tried, too.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to all the Chocolate lovers.
