Specialties
Fleur de Cocoa is an upscale, authentic French Patisserie, Chocolaterie, and Café in downtown Los Gatos. In addition to award-winning mousse cakes, classic pastries and handmade chocolates, we also serve bistro lunch, coffees, and our famous, decadent hot chocolate.
Some of our most popular pastry items include: almond croissants filled with baked almond cream, Royal cakes with dark chocolate mousse and a crispy hazelnut praline layer, Parisian macaron cookies in various flavors, lemon curd tartelettes, and classic milles-feuilles (Napoleons). For lunch, customers come back for Croque Monsieurs (ham & Gruyère cheese sandwiches), quiches, and French Onion soup.
For special occassions, Fleur de Cocoa provides canapes, croquembouches, hors d’oeuvres, and other specialties.

Meet the Business Owner
Craig A.
Business Owner
Myself, Craig Anderson, and my wife, Julia are thrilled to continue the high quality food and service standards set by Chef Pascal Janvier and his wife, Nicola, who started Fleur de Cocoa in 2000.
Chef Julia trained at Le Cordon Bleu and has extensive experience with pastry.
We owned and operated our own restaurant for years before finding the opportunity of a lifetime in Fleur de Cocoa. Julia is the executive pastry chef. Her passion is pastry and it doesn’t get any better than in the world of the French patisserie.
We intend on maintaining, even improving, the food quality and service that our customers have grown to enjoy over the past decade. We look forward to serving you.
