BRR came about as a result of our passion for enhancing cars and racing, and getting the most out of the car experience. Based on our depth of experience and results, friends and customers started asking us to do all that we could to their cars… and BRR was formed to meet that need. I take pride in our clean shop, highly organized business, outstanding engineers, and customer satisfaction. These all make BRracing a fun place to be.

ALL personnel must have extensive car and car racing experience, as we want part of the difference to our customers be that we KNOW all options and solutions for their car.

Bruce and the BR Racing team are absolute pros. They run just about the cleanest shop I have ever seen, seriously, it’s cleaner than some restaurants.
I had a problem with a wobbly crank pulley and an over-​active water pump on its last legs. Both issues spelled imminent doom. Bruce masterfully negotiated with my extended warranty company and got 90% of the repair cost covered even though the parts hadn’t actually failed yet.
This was my second visit to BR Racing. The first time was just for new brake rotors/​pads and a brake fluid flush. Bruce spent the time to navigate me through all of the options in terms of parts.
They are personable, professional and genuine. What more can you ask for? Bruce, Robb and Rico… thank you so much! You have earned a customer for life.

I’ve been taking my 09 JCW Coop to the dealer for the last couple of years. Every time I went they told of an issue from seatbelt to seepage of fluids. I just finished an 8k road trip and had an engine message of reduced power. Needed new tires too. Decided to give BR racing a call and spoke with Robb. A very informative young man who knows his performance cars and customer service. He could of sold me expensive tires and tell me more than I needed for the motor but he was straight and honest. Got great tires at a very reasonable cost and the motor was diagnose and issues addressed more than expected. Even solved and addressed an issue with my trunk. If you want and/​or need quality service at a very reasonable price and fantastic customer service, I highly recommend BR racing. Bruce was very clear and thorough on the invoice and took the time to make sure I was well informed of the work. I could even get my ride detailed too. Thanks guys.

This full-​service auto business is legit! The owners Bruce & Robb are both professional and sincere. I brought my R56 mini cooper S to BR racing for 90k maintenance and full-​vehicle examination on a Friday afternoon. Bruce was very patient with all my questions and provided honest and helpful advices for my car maintenance and upgrade plans. It is more than obvious that they have a well-​disciplined organization and all the staff members are meticulous in their work. I left with a happy results and my car drives really well in the past month after the service. Will definitely comeback.

I had the clutch replaced on my 2009 JCW. I asked for a quote and Bruce replied within a day. I asked for a discount since another place offered a coupon for a clutch work. He gave me more than I asked for. Then I made an appointment to bring my car in. He wasn’t there and his mechanic couldn’t find my paper work. I took my chance and left my car there.
When I picked up my car, Bruce was nice and explained it in detail. He was going to show me the damaged clutch but I had an errand to do.
So far the car runs fine with the new clutch.
I would recommend BR Racing.

My 2009 BMW crossed that line where it was needing a lot of repairs and I was hoping to sell it. The BMW dealer wanted $ 6K to do the repairs which was close to the blue book value of the car. I called BR Racing primarily to ask if they might know of someone in town that might be able to repair my car for a better price.
I spoke to Rob who super helpful and very informative. He quoted me a price for the repairs that was about half the BMW price. He also offered that they would sell the car for me and take care of all the transaction details. There was a reasonable commission for taking care of the sale.
It worked out well. They performed the repairs, cleaned up the car, took all the pictures and posted the ad. The car eventually sold for an acceptable price. All I had to do was drop off the car and pick up the proceeds when the sale was completed.
I couldn’t have been happier.
Both Rob and Bruce are very patient, knowledgeable and professional. They gave me status of things as the repairs and sale progressed.

Came in for an oil change on my S4 and they were nice enough to adjust my aftermarket exhaust tips to stop touching the rear panel at no cost. Will definitely be back!

I found this place thru my cousin. Met Rob and Bruce and both knew what they were talking about right away. I went to many other shops but most of them either didn’t knew what to do or didn’t do everything that had to be done to get my job done right. I found sonic motorsports earlier but the guy was a joke and had a horrible attitude. I’ve built 2 cars in my youth years and have done many mechanical work when i was younger. So when a mechanic talks to me, i know more than what they think i know. BR racing was more expensive than the other shops, but their quality of work is superb. If you are looking for a cheap work or have a average vehicle, please do not waist your time nor BR racings time by contacting this place. This is a high end shop. I will post the pics of their work on here. Bruce and Rob are genuine. All the employees are respectful and nice as well.

I woke up on a Monday morning to drive to work, started my 328i, and it was rumbling pretty bad. The check engine light came on as well. Weird because it drove fine just the day before, and had never given me problems.
My car is out of warranty, so I called BRR at 8am sharp, and Bruce picked up on the first ring! I explained the situation, and asked if someone could take a look at it that morning. He said they were booked, but would be happy to check the error codes and listen to the motor. That would at least give me an idea of how long the car would be in the shop.
By 8:30am that same morning, they diagnosed a bad coil, provided a cost estimate, and said they could fix the car by Tuesday evening. This was fine with me.
Imagine my surprise when they called at 4:30pm (the same day!) with news that my car was ready for pickup! Bruce explained that they were able to work it in between jobs.
I was really pleased with the service. They repaired the car within one day. It runs better than ever. The cost was competitive (I verified the part cost online after). They were courteous. I plan to return to BRR for future service.

I took my 2000 BMW Z3 in for a lot of little things that needed to be done to it to get it back into driving order. This included some belt changes, fluids, a shock, new tires and more.
I’d heard good things about the shop and decided to give it a try despite the labor cost being a little higher than some of the other alternatives. I’m happy I did!
Bruce did an excellent job explaining all of the work done to my car and any potential issues that might come up down the road. He even gave me a little overview of the racing cars that were in his shop that day and some fun facts about how they operated. Great stuff!
Bruce and Robb are very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel like a valued customer.

Did not have a good experience at this place. Paid $ 135 for diagnostic. Paid $ 600+ for a wrong fix. Paid $ 300.00+ the right fix. The only good thing was they finally found the right fix; However, it should have costed me only $ 300 instead of $ 1000.00

These guys live up to the very good standard set by wheel works in general. I wanted to do my car’s tire alignment, tire rotation and few other minor things related to it. Guys here were courteous, professional and honest. They kept me up to date on the progress of the service by giving me a call. They asked me if they should do extra repairs which they noticed during car’s checkup and advised me on skipping a few unnecessary things which otherwise would have cost me a couple hundred more.
I liked these guys and I am going back for my next service.

I can’t say enough about the BR Racing Team! Real Professionals. Bruce, Rob, Eddie and the rest of the BR Racing staff. I truly believe they have raised the bar on service and customer satisfaction. Their knowledge on how to determine the right set-​up or solution to a problem is spot on! I recently had a transmission issue with my BMW X5 4.8is — 08. I love this ride, fast, handles and great style. So after hearing and discussing the problem with other well known Service Shops, I never felt they had my best interest in hand. SO I turned to BR Racing. They look at your car as if it was one of their own… No BS — the just get to the problem and fix it! — So if you really care about how your Porsche BMW or Audi runs, check BR Racing out — you won’t be sorry!
Oh they found the real issue with my Transmission — with no added up-​charges that other shops were proposing! I love driving Hard! so I’m sure I’ll need BR Racing to help me out!

I love finding great local businesses. BR Racing is the definition of «great local business».
I needed tires for my car, and these tires are hard to find — Bruce was super helpful: he checked around and found the tires I needed. The pricing was great — basically Tire Rack pricing; and the work was impeccable. On top of this, they are full on car guys and super fun to talk with. I’m coming to BR for all of my car needs from now on.

I initially came to BRRacing with plans for some starting upgrades on my 2012 Mini Cooper S for trackday events, primarily intercooler, intake, exhaust, limited slip diff, short-​throw shifter, and a new clutch.
Bruce and Rob were very informative about what I should get that will fit the car, and were very patient with me for the next couple weeks as I tried to determine what to install. Following their advise I ended up not doing the exhaust and short-​throw shifters. Bruce said most exhausts aren’t a direct fit and can cause problems with the OEM sensors, and with the short-​throw the housing would need to remain uncovered, exposing the joint to dirty/​rain/​dust/​etc. Everything else was a go, they quoted and completed the project within a couple days. There was no BS that other shops I’ve been to tend to do (e.g.“by the way your oil pan seems to be leaking, you want us to take a look at that too?”), and no post-​installation problems.
There were definitely some communication issues along the way, like lack of response to voicemails and emails. I think that was because they’re constantly receiving streams of incoming calls that they couldn’t catch all of them in time. When I was there the phone went off nonstop the whole time, even while they’re already talking to someone else on the line. I can’t imagine what they email inbox looks like.
On a side note, while I was there to do a quote and figure out what parts to get, they were getting ready for a Porsche racing event that weekend, and the lot was full of 911s and GT3 that they were working on, so that was a cool sight to see.
I would definitely recommend them for European cars, they seem to know every issue just based on the car’s sound and driving feel. Although you’ll probably need to be more diligent in repeatedly/​relentlessly calling them to get them to pick up the phone or call you back.

I had a terrible whining noise coming out of my 2009 E92 M3 which was fairly intermittent and couldn’t always be reproduced. It had been on and off for a couple months so I finally made an appointment with BR Racing to try to get it isolated. I used to always go to the dealer since my car is a performance vehicle and I frankly didn’t really trust anyone with it beyond factory-​trained technicians. However, I thought BR Racing might be a good option to try out since they specialize in cars like mine and seemed to share a passion for motorsports. One look at the type of cars sitting in their shop and it was pretty clear I had made a wise choice.
Unfortunately the day I brought it in, the noise wasn’t super apparent, so they didn’t charge me to check it out since they couldn’t reproduce enough to determine the root cause. They did give me some confidence that there wasn’t anything really wrong with my engine since they spent some time trying to find the problem, and told me to just bring it in whenever I experienced the noise again. I paid for the other work they performed and ordered some other parts for a return visit to be completed later.
A couple weeks later, the noise came back, so I brought it in without any appointment, and one of their technicians, Rico, was able to diagnose and fix for me on the spot. It turned out to be a fairly basic problem — low power steering fluid, which honestly, my dealer should have caught the last time I brought it in for service since they supposedly did a full inspection which was supposed to include checking all fluid levels. Rico topped off the fluids, test drove it with me to make sure that was the source and sent me on my way with some tips for what to listen/​look for in case it was a larger problem.
What I love about these guys is their honesty and extreme helpfulness. Many places would have charged for the initial diagnosis, whether they found something or not, and, some less ethical ones probably would have tried to sell me a new power steering pump.
Thank you, Bruce, Robb and Rico for your expertise and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend these guys. I’m never going back to the dealer again, as I think I’ve found my new «regular» shop. For those wondering, there is also a Hertz rental car right next door, so if you need to drop off and still have a car to drive, that’s a convenient option. They have a special deal for BR Racing customers to rent cars for $ 35/​day.

Bruce and team were fantastic. Brought my S4 in for an oil change after Bruce found a way to squeeze me into their schedule last minute. While my car was on the lift, the technician adjusted my after market exhaust tips after noticing that they were a little too close to the rear valance panel. He re-​centered them and made sure they were flush with the panel (they were sticking out a bit too much prior). I had the after market exhaust done at a different shop and BRR took care of this adjustment at no additional cost. AWESOME!
This was the first time I went to BRR. I enjoyed talking with Bruce about a potential brake upgrade in the future and now that I have experienced their work and kindness, I will definitely be back.

I’m glad that I found this shop!
Bruce spent a lot of time talking to myself and a friend one Saturday when we dropped into check out BRRacing. He didn’t need to do this, the shop is super busy. Still, he took time out of his day to show us around and really make us feel like we’d be welcomed customers, so much so that I immediately made an appointment for some diagnostic and repair work on my 135i.
I’m happy to say that BR found the issues quickly, conveyed the problems clearly, and offered several solutions to them for me to chose from to resolve them, including all parts and labor costs. They effected the necessary repair quickly! Way faster than I was expecting! (valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket replacements)
I’ve been extremely happy with the quality of service I’ve received from BR. My car runs perfectly and I’m looking forward to having BR perform more work on my 135i in the near future.

I haven’t been back to BRracing, but I have emailed and called these guys to get advice several times. They are really great at providing the info I need. They’ve recommended some great parts to me, and I just love how thorough Bruce is at explaining things to me.
I’m done making mods to my car, and if anything in the future comes up I would hope to do it on my own, so I don’t think I’ll be back here (save some $$$). However, I definitely recommend this shop.
