I literally escape koreatown dry cleaners to come to Amy because she is polite, punctual and my clothes always look crisp and professional. The rates are competitive and there is parking in the back. Amy always has a smile on her face and conducts herself and her business with diligence. I frequently have important meetings and business dinners and I can count on this dry cleaner to have me looking 100%!

So I went here on a whim one day, but this place ended being really cool! The owners were really nice and treated me with vip service. Amie is the owner and she was really delightful and really made a dull and boring experience kinda fun. Really friendly vibes as soon as I walked through the door. Anyways, I definitely recommend coming here if you need laundry done. Oh and the dry cleaning came out great, of course.

There’s no competition, this is the best laundry service in town. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and never had an issue. If there is a stain that’s not treatable, you are told upfront. Very affordable and awesome customer service.

This laundry messed up all my baby’s clothing! all her baby suits and almost everything get damaged after this place leaning process.

Generally I do my own laundry but after a couple busy weeks I thought I’d treat myself and let someone else do it for a change. I have to say, I was a little nervous at first as I’ve never used a laundry service before and am somewhat attached to my wardrobe but I have absolutely no complaints. All my clothes and linens came back in perfect condition and it was such a treat to just drop them off and pick them up rather than spending an hour and a half (probably two hours even) at the laundromat waiting and folding. In addition to a job well done I received excellent service both when dropping off and picking up. I will definitely use them again!

Granted I’m not so experienced with professional laundry services — most of the laundry I’ve done in my life involves lots of quarters and sitting around. Good thing then I had a jacket that needed drying cleaning and threw in a couple of other items with it included a stained shirt I pretty much assumed was a lost cause. Service was friendly, quick, and the results were brilliant — all my stuff came back in impeccable condition. I don’t normally indulge in services like this but I have some other stained or hard-​to-​launder items I’m wanting to get professionally cleaned here now.

Great quality service for the price. The amount of detail and professionalism displayed comes to second to none in my long long long history of cleaner hopping. Trust me, I know cuz I’m a pesky accountant! You will get your fair value at this place.

I have been meaning to write this for years. I still get angry when I see my towels and think of this place– a few years ago i brought in towels that we got as a gift at my wedding shower. They are these plush, leopard print towels from pottery barn. I thought it would be nice for the first wash to be from a Chinese laundry place. My mom used to get our sheets and towels hand laundered at this old school Chinese laundry place in NY. I used to love how they came all wrapped up in brown paper– I was nostalgic being a transplant and all– so I dropped them off. When I picked them up and brought them home, there were HUGE bleach stains on every piece– 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths. I was SO upset.
They were brand new and never washed! I brought them back to complain and the girl kept saying how it was impossible that it was their fault since they use a different machine for bleach. I kept telling her that they were brand new so whatever caused them to get ruined happened at their facility. I asked to speak to the manager. The girl said the managers are only in one day a week. I came in on 3 separate occasions to talk to the manager and they were never there when they said they were going to be. I left messages at the store and on their voicemail.
Finally I spoke to a manager on the phone and they gave me the same story about separate machines for bleach. They did nothing– not even an apology and they wouldn’t even wait for me to come in and show them the towels! These people are total morons who obviously no nothing about customer service. I was looking forward to using their services regularly– oh well. They really f’ed that up. Watch out for this place.
