Perfect Cleaners

THE SHORT STORY
They lie and give inaccurate estimates! They do not stand by their word and had no customer service to fix their mistake (like giving a discount, hello!!!). When they were late, they did not call and inform me instead made me come to pick it up and tell me at their counter it wasn’t ready (WTF!!!). I had guests in town that were depending on that dry cleaned blanket so this mistake is more than just an inconvenience.

THE LONG STORY
I called three different dry cleaners to give me a quote + time estimate of how long it would take to dry clean a queen sized coverlet (blanket). On the phone, they said $ 35, it could be done in 2 days @6pm. I drop my blanket off that same day. The receipt says to pick it up at MON 6pm; the lady at the counter says the blanket will be ready MON 6pm. I task my husband with the chore of picking up the blanket MON 6pm because we have guests coming over who need a blanket!
Lo-​and-​behold — Monday rolls around 6pm and they can’t find the blanket. They had to ask three different people, kept him waiting 30 minutes. Said he had to come back later, no explanation. Then they claim they «half cleaned it» it wasn’t done and said if we picked it up early they wouldn’t charge us for the half cleaning they did? What the hell does that mean. If they had really dry cleaned it even half way it should be wet! They were lying out of their bum holes!
Anyway, they didn’t give any discount and basically didn’t really admit fault or even call in advance to say it wasn’t ready when they said it would be.

CONCLUSION
My summary is that when I really needed dry cleaners to do what they said they would do– dry clean a blanket in 2.5 days they didn’t do that. And you’d expect them to call and say it’s not ready in time — but no– they wasted our time waiting to tell us when we came to pick it up. And they couldn’t find the blanket and then lied through their teeth — no discount, no free drying cleaning for the 2 items we had already given them. What a load.
I am never using this dry cleaning business again. There are plenty of competitors who can do what they say. When you know you’ve made a mistake at least call, give a discount, try to to make it up but no effort at all.
AWFUL!!!
Lastly, — I suspect all those positive reviews are fake. Don’t believe them. This Unilocal listing is sour and inaccurate.

As a first time customer, I received the VIP treatment which tells me they care about my business. I’ll go back here for sure.

I love going to Perfect Cleaners. The staff are such helpful and cheery people. They always know my name (I like that). The popcorn is my favorite. Almost forgot… the cleaning is wonderful and they always crease my pants (very important to us).

Perfect Cleaners is the best! I thought I had ruined 2 soft leather jackets. There was a piece of candy in one of the pockets that had melted and stained the jackets. Perfect Cleaners was able to get all the stains out and the jackets look like new. They even re-​sewed a button that was loose. I could not be more satisfied or happy with their awesome service.

So far my experience has been good at perfect cleaners. The last visitswas a bit off, but they made it right with no trouble. The gentleman who checked me in for last order seemed preoccupied. First he had a count of 3 items vs 7 and my coupon was was not applied at drop off. Luis said he would apply credit. Thank you! In past orders, I appreciate how someone will call to talk about certain stains and if ok to proceed.

Perfect Cleaners is indeed perfect. The super-​friendly team, care taken with your clothing, convenient parking and long hours are just icing on the cake. Their most valued service: they remove the most stubborn stains and return your clothes to as pristine as possible. I have been using Perfect Cleaners for over ten years; they have never failed me, adding years of wear to my favorite items. Five stars, without a doubt.

This place was recommended to me by a friend who uses the tailor a lot. She told me he always does a great job on her formal dresses and charges $ 20. I called before I visited, and the woman over the phone told me that simple dress alterations start at $ 22.
So, I made the trek over with my dress. All I needed was to take it in a couple of inches (for reference, making a size 2 dress into a size 0 dress). I went in expecting a quote around $ 20 and the tailor quoted me $ 70. When I mentioned that he charges others $ 20 for the same work, and that the woman I spoke to over the phone gave me the quote as well, he didn’t seem to care.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. They didn’t want to earn my business, nor did they seem to care at all.

Want great service? Use Perfect Cleaners. They are the best!
They deliver to my home and they are always on time. My clothing is important to me and i wouldn’t trust the cleaning of them to anyone else.

I had to find a new dry cleaner after the company I used for many years lost some of my clothes and ruined one of my husband’s dress shirts.
Of course I turned to Unilocal!to find another dry cleaner in my neighborhood. I came across Perfect Cleaners. They did not have a great rating, but I decided to give them a try. The staff were are curious and helpful. I found out they offer free pick-​up and delivery in my area and has turned out to be a great convenience. Most important the clothes I have had cleaned all look great. My own experience will Perfect Cleaners had been very positive and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

This is an update to the 1-​star 2÷8÷15 review I wrote about the Pico store.
After my negative experience having purses dry cleaned at the Pico Perfect Cleaners,
the Operations Manager and, I believe, the owner reached out to me to rectify the situation. They went above and beyond what any other company would have done in terms of customer service. I never asked them to, but they refunded my $ 80 for the dry cleaning and sent me two $ 20 gift cards for another visit (the gift cards were a total surprise).
It’s obvious that Perfect Cleaners as a company cares about the customer. I was blown away by the attention my negative experience had received and their desire to «make it right.» It is obvious they took my feedback to heart.
The only reason I did not give Perfect Cleaners a 5 star update is that I wish it had all worked out from the get-​go. With that said, their customer service is wonderful. And even while I was having a sub-​par experience with the dry cleaning itself, the people working at the Pico store were always very polite and courteous. I hope they management is reviewing the procedures of the location that leather goods and purses are sent to to be cleaned.
It’s nice to know that there are still some companies out there that care about happy customers.

Too damn expensive!!! Even with discount coupons off the Internet it just isn’t worth it. They do excellent work but the prices are so astronomical that you will regret using this cleaners when the bill arrives. Three pieces of dry cleaning with a 15% discount was $ 22 today. Two girls shorts and a blouse… Never again.

I had used a cleaners at Cedars for years. That cleaner had a very hard time cleaning my shirts and at times voiced her concerns. That cleaner also charged me anything that came to her mind as I was paying and on my last visit charged me double with no explanation.
So, I went to perfect cleaners and was wowed by the professional service and best of all I get my shirts back in brand new condition and at a great price with no complaining on their part. Perfect cleaners gave me a discount on my first visit as well as coupons towards later visits. Perfect cleaners has an app so you can check on your order. A couple other benefits, Perfect cleaners has a VERY fast turn around time and uses safe earth friendly solutions.

My office is located right next for to these guys, and I have been giving them my dry cleaning for a long time. I felt that they did a good job, until a friend of mine told me I was paying to much here. So like an idiot I took my clothes to a «cheaper» dry cleaner down the street.
Well you get what you pay for, the other dry cleaner returned my laundry with wrinkles, and a hole in one of my shirts! You definitely get what you pay for.
If you have cheap clothes and are a penny pincher, go somewhere else. But if your clothes are important to you bring them here!
