The people who work here are completely useless. I have had bad experiences here before with them setting things up wrong, but this time was the worst. There were 2 people behind me in line and the employee went to the guy behind me and started helping him. When I said I was there first, they both looked at me and then ignored me. Then another employee goes to the other person behind me and starts helping him! Again, I said I was there before both of them. The girls(the employees who are basically children) laughed at me and then ignored me. I am so furious. They put out a very RACIST vibe here. Completely unprofessional and totally unacceptable.

These guys were great. I was in emergency mode(phone cracked with bad LCD, needed a new one asap), and let Richard know my situation. He was incredibly helpful and thorough in explaining everything! Michael was helpful as well and explained my bill thoroughly. I should add that they were a bit light staffed, and had done inventory at 6am, but they still managed to handle the busy stream of folks coming in! If you’re looking to join t-mobile and live nearby, hit these folks up!

5 stars to my neighborhood t-mobile!!! I’ve been coming here since the first week it opened and not one trip here do I walk out unsatisfied! All the contrary… And the ambience the manager(Richard) creates there is amazing! Best humor and customer service I’ve ever received from a phone company! Keep it up team Highland Park T-Mobile and thank you for moving in here!
