Ronald and David knew one another from the local Chamber of Commerce. They both realized that they could cover twice as much ground if they worked together. It soon became obvious that they should partner up since they each have unique talents and abilities that together make a great team!

David has his Broker license and has been consistently recognized as a highly respected top producer. His sales focus has been on residential real estate in the San Fernando Valley and Westside areas of Los Angeles since 1996. He has worked as the Office Training Director at Coldwell Banker and has served on the Board of the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. He and his husband have been together for 19 years and live with their golden/​shepherd mix rescue.

They know so many of the different neighborhoods in LA and are able to help you navigate and find the area that is right for you. If you are selling, they have a HUGE referral network that will help you expose your property to as many people as possible.

I highly recommend David Hitt. My wife and I were first time buyers, and David made a complex transaction feel effortless end to end. He helped guide us through a competitive bidding process, and after we emerged victorious, he helped us navigate inspection, escrow, etc. with the greatest of ease. David is extremely responsive at all hours, and always took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. He was a joy to work with, and easy to spend time around as well. A good guy, through and through, with deep knowledge of the Sherman Oaks market, and many others I’m sure. Highly recommend.

David and Ron were wonderful! From our first meeting with David we were sure we were in the right hands. They were proactive, honest and quickly responsive — with a ton of market knowledge. As first time buyers in a tough market, we were overwhelmed at first but David and Ron made the process so much easier. They were able to give us honest feedback, but never once made us feel pressured — and always jumped to do what we needed. As soon as we got an offer accepted they were eager to help us through the home inspection process, appraisals and negotiations with the seller. We couldn’t be more excited about our new condo — and we know it wouldn’t have been nearly as easy (or as fun!) with any other team!

David and Ron were more than helpful in selling our home and finding us a new one. We wanted to move to a neighborhood where there were very few homes in the area and when the only home for sale decided to come off the market, they wrote letters to the neighborhood to see if anyone wanted to sell and sure enough, a resident answered and sold us there home. Could not be more pleased as they went way above and beyond. Never had a problem getting a call back or questions answered. We will use them the next time we move.

Ron and David are a powerhouse team. They were recommended to me through a college friend who is also a realtor. Ron and David were extremely professional, diligent, and maintained very open lines of communication. Over the 4 months we looked at many properties near the westside and eventually settled on one particular condo building. Ron and David went so far as to do a mailing on my behalf to all of the residents in the building stating that I was interested in buying. We eventually found a very nice one bedroom unit in that building.
When it came time to go through Escrow, our loan with Bank Of America fell through, they quickly suggested another mortgage company, Skyline Home Loans, who were equally amazing and diligent in their hard work and constant communication throughout the process. We were able to close and move in right at 30 days. I highly recommend Ronald Shore and David Hitt of Keller Williams.
