Miriam helped us both sell our condo and buy our new home. She patiently dealt with all of our questions (of which there were MANY), was readily available for showings, and we never felt pressured into accepting or placing an offer. We got the impression that she would have showed us a hundred more homes without complaint. She has continued to be helpful even after closing dealing with paperwork for our insurance company and helping us navigate a home warranty that tried to deny a claim for our dishwasher. Both things were resolved and ended up saving us money. Can’t recommend her enough!

This review is long overdue. I came to know Samantha through her husband, who is a good friend of mine. When my boyfriend and I became serious about buying a house, I knew that I wanted Samantha to be our agent. We were looking to buy in the South Bay and during our house hunt, we faced some challenges, such as low inventory, multiple offers, and shady sellers agents, but Samantha from stuck by us. Her encouragement and optimism kept us motivated. She accompanied us to every open house, was very informed about the market and always found the time to talk us through the confusing process. But most importantly, it was because of her persistence, knowledge, incredible work ethic and professionalism that we landed a perfect little home in Torrance in just two months. My boyfriend and I were looking for our first house, and found Miriam by chance online, and how lucky we were!
