Established in 2008.

Patrick Ahounber began his career in the remodeling industry in 1996. He started off by managing small remodeling projects that lead to kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling. In the last decade, Patrick has been involved in large scale remodeling projects such as custom homes, room additions, tenant improvement projects and more. He founded Modaa Inc in 2008 with the vision to provide detail while establishing long term relationships to become the preferred building partner.

Patrick’s key qualities are his attentiveness, honesty, and dedication. He is recognized for his efforts to educate his clients in order to pursue each project from multiple angles.

His vision with Modaa Inc. is to empower homeowners to build and improve according to their lifestyles, taking into consideration: conveniences, restrictions, budgets, and time limitations.
