I called Kings Fireplace last week to fix my fireplace, they send a tech that was very polite and knowledgeable. Give me a fair and detailed estimate. I give them the job and very happy that I did. Yali from King’s Fireplace came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem and provided a solution within 10 minutes. Another company I called said «I deal with your kind of fireplace all the time, trust me…» And then proceeded to quote a ridiculous price. SO GLAD I called Kings Fireplace!!!

I was so pleased with the service I got from them. From needing a company that would come out to the Pacific Palisades area, to them fitting us into their schedule within a couple days, I could not have been happier with the experience.
I personally was not able to be there while they fixed our complicated high-​tech fireplace. To them it was no problem, they replaced a wire and paired the remote to the fireplace.
Now our fireplace works great, Yali was even able to explain the directions of how to work it to me over the phone. Thank you!

Had my fireplace installed by Yali in February of 2015. It really enhanced the look and feel of my living room. Wanted to use it for this year’s Christmas Season and it didn’t seem to be working properly. I called on a Monday to report the issue and spoke with both Vanessa and Shannon and they said they were very busy because «everyone wanted their fireplaces ready for the holidays». But they got Yali to come out on a Sunday (a day when they normally don’t make service calls)…he showed up EXACTLY on time, remembered me and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. No Charge! ON A SUNDAY During a holiday weekend!
