I’ve know Jason for years by walking his two dogs Pickles and Polly through the neighborhood. Finally I had the opportunity to use his service as the past few computer tech people have been dismal. It is extremely stressful for me to have anyone on my computer as it is one of my primary tools for my livelihood. My list of upgrades and changes were many and he dealt with them all patiently, positively, very quickly and responsibly. He was very reasonably priced and it was money well spent. The investment will ease my workload in the long run. When he was not sitting at my desk he fixed them remotely. I cannot say enough positive things about him as to know he is there when I have an emergency or whatever the issue lifts a great burden off my life. USE HIM! He is the best!

Jason has been helping me with my IT needs for a couple of years, and every visit is a pure pleasure. He is amazing. I would sometimes have lists of 10 or even more issues or questions, and he would zip through them solving problems left and right, whether it was with my iMac or my iPhone or media players and even my e-​readers (Nook and Kindle) and my bluetooth in my car. He even came to my office and handled some issues with my desktop at work. Recently I was experiencing problems streaming via my BluRay player and getting buffering on Netflix and Amazon Instant when my internet speed was not the problem. He suggested getting a Roku. He came over and installed my Roku 3, and it just totally handled the problem, but even more, I think the picture quality is better than with my BluRay player, and it has lightning fast operation. I am thrilled. While he was at it, he also handled a problem with my Nook that was not functioning in search mode. He is truly the answer man for all my tech needs, and his rates are very reasonable to boot. I call him my tech guru.

Jason just left the house after helping me get the wi-​fi in my house extended for better use. One part of the house was a veritable dead zone. He was able to troubleshoot obstacles and got the Airport XPress and Airport Xtreme hooked up and running very efficiently. Jason was on time, professional yet friendly, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

I am soooo thrilled to have found Jason! He has been extremely helpful, patient, kind and prompt! He helped to set up my cable, Apple TV, DVD, Bose, Printer, computers, iPhone and anything with an on and off switch! He also set up Skype, Unilocal and Hulu accounts for me and gave me instructions for all those. He is a GREAT teacher! I would highly recommend him for any computer or media needs.

I am a baby boomer who is less than tech savvy, even though I have some wonderful devices (iMac, iPhone 5, Kindle Fire, Nook, etc). I purchased a laptop with Windows 8 and I could not STAND IT! I needed major help and am not very computer savvy. Jason Jack Beeber Computer Consulting helped me more than I can say. He uninstalled the nightmare of Windows 8, and souped my computer up like a shiny new Cadillac (if a Cadillac could be a computer).

Excellent experience, he was very clear and calm with two total techo-​phobic people. In short order he was able to efficiently set up our iphones and apple tv (a gift, once opened and then stayed in the box for a year), reconstituted our in-​house wifi (was sluggish and used to crash, now it’s speedy), got all our systems interconnected and working together, showed us cool tips and tricks for using apple tv and iphone, found the most economical answer (both cost and how-​to-​use) to all our problems. Super customer service. You want to use this guy!

Was I ever glad I found Jason!
I had a computer crash situation where my system was non-​responsive and wouldn’t even boot at all. I was starting to get quite nervous as I had a pile up of work and I couldn’t afford the lost time needed to take my system in to a shop. Plus it was a Sunday. Luckily I found Jason on Unilocal and called him up and he took the time to first troubleshoot my issue over the phone, followed by a trip to my place to work on it a mere 3 hours later. Talk about customer service. And then not only did he swiftly clean out my system and return it to good working order, but he advised me on how to fix 2 other pesky issues I was having with my system. All in well under an hour. Awesomeness, flat out!
Knowing an honest, skilled, reliable computer repair tech who MAKES HOUSE CALLS, is pure gold. Kinda like having an awesome auto mechanic who you can trust to do the job right and not charge you an arm and a leg.

My Mac laptop was running slowly. The «rainbow wheel» — which i believe is the technical term — kept spinning nonstop. Jason came over right away and fixed it for me. He’s thorough, prompt, and a nice guy to chat with to boot.
