Hollywood Notary Public & Live Scan Fingerprinting

Went here to get my live scan fingerprinting done. The person helping me was really nice and personable — we started talking about restaurants in my hometown, and he even asked if I needed change when I went to pay the meter! There was only one person working when I went in, but he was able to handle multiple customers at a time without issue. The fingerprinting went very quickly and efficiently. The customer service here is really above and beyond what I ever would have expected. This is how small businesses should be run, and I’ll go out of my way in the future to return if I ever need a notary or fingerprinting again.

I was concerned when I drove up to the place. The second I entered the door, I was put at ease. Staff are so genuine, kind, and helped me right away. Went in for new passport photos. They let me take 5 photos, and was even willing to let me take more. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend to anyone needing passport photos.

The NIGHT before Christmas I had directed my father to this business that I found on Unilocal.he had been so hesitant due to a passed experience with a DIFFERENT notary that not only stole the contract but also came up on my father’s clientele but due to the documents this time being what determined having my little brother home for the holidays my dad followed my word of this business being a 5 star with great reviews & went. With not much time til closing time, they took in their last customer, my dad. Viewing the documents, the man apologized my dad had to sign this the night before a holiday that’s supposed to be filled with joy & family but still made the process as easy going, comfortable and highly proffesional for my dad. My dad was able to sign, notarize & send the documents all in one which I know was a huge relief for him & the next morning we had our little brother on a plane to LAX all thanks to your guy’s help. You guys literally made my dads holiday by taking part in having my little brother home for Christmas. And to the owner and employees of this business, thank you guys so much for your customer service, you guys set a very good example for not only other notaries but small businesses aswell! Just got my passport photos taken here. These guys are really nice and very efficient. I was out the door in about 5 minutes with my pics at a very low price. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

Fast and friendly service. A part of the photo was dis colored, but it was quickly noticed and fixed by the owner. He still gave me the prints and also redid them without any prompting or fuss. Really appreciated that. Got 3 shots to choose from before printing; finished everything within 10 minutes. Used help deal and it came out to just under $ 9. He also does notary etc. which is comparatively cheaper than most places. Park on side street off Santa Monica. Highly recommend!

The photographer for our passport photos was polite, quick, professional and charming to boot! Prices are incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

Another five star review for this Los Angeles treasure. I had never been to a notary before, but the man who helped me was sweet and genuine and extremely professional. I was done in 5 minutes or so and for a fair price. I didn’t need any media while I was there, but it was awesome to see that they have every single kind of disc and tape you could hope for. I only write reviews for 5star services and Dan at Hollywood Notary deserves 5 stars.
I went to Hollywood Notary for multiple things. I needed:
— ink fingerprinting (for an FBI criminal background check)
— live scan fingerprinting
— notaries
— passport photos
I was able to get all of this done and Dan was able to answer and explain the process of getting the FBI criminal background check more thoroughly than all the websites I had done extensive research on. He also knew the ins and outs about getting an apostille at the Secretary of State office in DTLA.
I could tell Dan is dedicated to providing excellent service because he had asked me to share updates if the Secretary of State had any recent changes about its process so that he can provide accurate information to his future clients.

Customers walk in off Santa Monica Boulevard to Parseghian Photo & Records for all those hard-​to-​find Armenian CDs and movies. This is already a sweet contribution to the area, but there’s more!
They also offer inexpensive fingerprinting, passport photos and notary services. Talk about one-​stop shopping. For real: the customer service is excellent, the prices are excellent, and the final product is quick and professional.
