I was blown away with the services provided by Calstate moving company!!! I just moved my furniture from Park Labrea to Downtown LA. All my stuff was in the truck leaving the old place in just about 3 hours (eights floor with small elevator). My movers met me at my new place at Downtown less than 10 minutes after I arrived there. The full truck was emptied and movers even helped me to rearrange a few things in the new place in under 2 hours. Yes, I’ve moved a lot for last 6 years and have hired different movers for different situations… these guys were the most professional and efficient company I’ve worked with. All three movers were very careful with everything, friendly and extremely polite!
I will definitely use Calstate again and will tell everyone about my experience.

I recently moved and had turned to Unilocal for moving recommendations. These guys definitely deserve their 5-​star rating.
I received both an email confirmation after I booked and a phone call the day before the move which put my mind at ease I wouldn’t be left stranded come moving day.
On moving day, Slim, Olic, and Mansur showed up on time and were very professional. They were extremely careful with our furniture, making sure to wrap everything before loading it in the truck. They also didn’t waste any time. I’ve moved in the past and felt like the movers were just dragging their heels to rack up the hours – not these guys.
Simply put, they made the undesirable experience of moving a pleasurable one.

My boyfriend turned to Unilocal to find movers to sort out our recent move (5⁄20). We weren’t moving far, just about 3 miles, but we did have a lot of stuff – including awkward and heavy items and lots of stairs. He found CalState Moving and & Storage and I’m really glad he booked with them. They definitely deserved their 5-​star rating.

I moved up to Orange County from San Diego (just last year) with a different company and they were not as capable or timely as CalState. Plus, our crew handled our big and bulky items carefully and placed our boxes in whichever room we needed them taken to. Last time I moved, the guys were in such a hurry to get back to San Diego they just threw all the boxes in the living room and garage and left me to carry them to the different rooms. Not these guys.
Simply put, they made the undesirable experience of moving a pleasurable one. Scott and I were lucky to have such a capable, awesome crew to help us this time around.

I am definitely one satisfied customer. Steve and Anthony showed up on time, did a quick assessment and got right to work not taking any breaks they got my two bedroom apartment on the second floor moved into a two bedroom apartment on the second floor in only 5 hours.

Used Cal State Moving & Storage last Sunday for an apartment move (I had used LA Moving Centre several years ago, called them and they are now under different ownership and operating as Cal State Moving I believe). I spoke with Edward and he was very helpful and accomodating, and we worked out what would be best for my and my bf’s needs. On the morning of the move, Sergio and Jasur were on time and super pleasant and professional, and they did a fantastic job! They wrapped our stuff up with extra care, disassembled and then reassembled our canopy bed, and just went above and beyond with a smile. We had a lot of stuff, and our new place was up a flight of stairs AND is a townhouse (read: MORE stairs), and they were fast and careful with everything, and just SO nice!
We will ABSOLUTELY be using them in the future, they were nice, affordable and professional. We paid cash, but they also take credit, which is nice if you are feeling the moving cash crunch. Cal State is definitely our go-​to moving company, and I will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving! Thanks guys!
