I Love the Semi Annual Sales that they have every 6 months! During this time, I can buy my favorite lotions, body gels, and Antibac Hand Soaps. It’s great!
It’s great that bath and body works now periodically have sales besides the semi annual sales; they have $ 3 body lotions, $ 4 body creams, $ 2.50 Antibac Hand Soaps, etc…
I don’t know how the parking works here, bc I take the bus to come here.

I usually never review anything, but I’ve honestly had it with this place. On multiple occasions I have felt harassed. Trust me, there’s no need for me to go to jail for a damn pumpkin lotion. Jen, the store manager has been rude to me, and one of the other female associates. I’m personally done, I’d rather go to the Glendale Galleria on a SATURDAY– yeah, it’s that BAD!!!

well stocked with all the scents and types of soap and lotions. the staff was so friendly and so willing to help me out in what i wanted to get. they politely let me know at the counter that if i get more or less i can get a better deal. i left with 6 soaps for 24 which is the promo they have right now. and the staff was so nice about my little girl sampling all the lotions onto herself.

My experience today at bath and body works was the worst… I have no complaints about the store, store is always clean and well organize but lets talk about the manager so called manager «JEN» she has the worst costumer service ever. such a bad attitude towards customers very rude. I’ve seen other girls with better attitude and great costumer service than «JEN». I’m defenely not going back to the store. Just because your shopping should be stress free and the girl right there stress you out.

Very helpful a and cheery team here at this location. Even on Black Friday, after a long day I stopped in and was just looking. But I s greeted multiple times and offered help. I finally decide to get something but it was for my daughter and I had no clue what to get. They worked together and brought me sample after sample till I found a few items that smelled amazing. I was really impressed with thier efforts and positive vibe. I will be back!

Every time I come in here I never go where to start and am always overwhelmed.
This location had more than enough of plenty employees always ensuring that I was assisted. I had someone help me out with candles! I didn’t now what I wanted but I did know what I didn’t want. I was giving a gift and she helped me until I was happy with my choice.
Their constant attentiveness was lovely and I will come here from now on. Customer service is HUGE in this economy and its lovely to feel your business welcomed.

Found my self in a world of trouble when I wasn’t able to get Mother’s Day off. I needed help with a gift to help save myself from being hated by my girlfriend because I was stuck having to work on her birthday. But walking into this store and walking up to the manager handing him some cash and asking to have a basket put together would save me a world of trouble. He found the perfect girl on staff to make my needs a priority and she put together and amazing gift basket with all the right items. Shirley I owe the mucho. Great job

Much nicer than the one in MACY’S plaza. Brand new. Smaller store.
Always nice to stop in to try a few lotions or soaps or see what’s on sale?
Sometimes they have great sales for great gifts or stocking stuffers.

Very helpful staff. Bright and clean location (I believe it’s a new store).
Parking at this new shopping center is not easy or convenient, but if you live in that part of town, a nice place to visit. There is validation for the parking garage behind the shopping center (which is a bit of a hike), but be sure you heed the signs. There are specific floors you have to park on to get the special discounted rates. Bit confusing.

LOVE LOVE this new location. Don’t know the managers name but he’s a really cute guy who totally helped me out when the one at the South Bay Galleria was giving me incorrect information. everyone in there are so nice and helpful and since it’s a new store they have a great stock of everything. I am extremely pleased and will go out of my way to come to this store! The one in the Macys plaza is horrible!

YESS!!! This is such a great new location, as opposed to the one in the Macy’s Plaza on 7^th Street. I came here last week to pick up a gift for a coworker’s birthday and I was so happy that Bath & Body Works is so conveniently located near my office. This is in the Target Plaza at FIGat7th right next to Victoria’s Secret. The store is your average B&BW size and they have a really great variety of products and scents. I went around and smelled/​tested everything, took my time, and never felt rushed by the store associates. The service was fantastic – warm, friendly, and helpful. The store is beautifully lit and looks really clean and bright. I love their displays and how they organized all the products. RIght now for summer, they have an «apple» display with candles stacked up to look like green apples in a wooden fruit stand at a farmers market – so adorable and clever! I was able to pick up a lotion set for my friend, and a candle for myself.
GREAT place to pick up last-​minute gifts if you work in the area.

This just opened today! Very friendly staff so far. A lot of new stuff out that I haven’t seen from other locations.
