Its our neighborhood AutoFix Collision Center & I like it. They keep me rollin brand new. Awesome staff & the finest work. I keep hauling back and Rollin out on time with shine. Your body technicians are great & experienced in their work, I can tell from the cars finishing how the parts lock with the cars. Yes I take all my cars there now they parked looking brand new from AutoFix. Thank you AutoFix for your great FULL services & hard working staff. When something happens to your vehicle, so many emotions are going through you. Anxiety, frustration, anger, what now? I cant begin to say how vital Auto Fix Collision Center was in helping me get through my accident in one piece. From the time of the accident, to securing the rental, to breaking down the estimate, to following up with me to make sure I was happy with the service — this establishment is top notch. Will, pretty much held my hand through the entire process, making sure I understood what my options were and assuring me that this situation would not be a headache for me. In a city where there are so many options, customer service is key for these type of things and I could not have chosen a better facility to assist me in my time of need.

this place did a great job on my 2012 honda accord, it had front end damage and they made it look sexy again.. and a special thanks to william barnes who made me feel confident to leave my car there and get the work done… and i will say it was done fast, great body work & honest from beginning to end… i will tell my family & freind for sure about auto fix collison first and only first… thanks for the great job again!!!

I cannot express how easy it was to work with Auto Fix Collision Center. I was driving about a mile away from their facility when a person made an illegal u-​turn in front of me, forcing me to crash into his car. The tow truck driver, Pat, arrived quickly on the scene and was very helpful and supportive, even advising me on the basic aspects of handling the case through my insurance, the process, etc. We went and dropped the car at the lot and he was gracious enough to drive me to my home across town. Pat called me first thing the next day to see how I was doing and offered to pick me up first thing on Monday to bring me to the shop. As promised, Pat picked me up and drove me to the facility. William, and the other staff, were warm and very helpful and even tried to make it so I would not have to put down a $ 300 deposit to get my insurance-​paid rental car (unfortunately, my insurance has a strict policy using Enterprise and despite William’s best efforts, they were unable to get me a reduced rate). Based on this experience, I had the utmost confidence that they would handle everything in a professional manner and with the goal of keeping my out-​of-​pocket expenses down. However, my car was beyond repair, so my insurance asked me to release the car to them to bring it to a salvage lot.
All in all, I was very impressed by everyone there, particularly Pat, and I would recommend this place anytime.
