History
Established in 2014.
We launched our flag ship spirit, Queens Courage NY Old Tom Gin in June of 2014. In Dec. 2015, we opened our tasting room, Proof + Gauge @ the Astoria Distilling Company. We hope to launch the distillery in early 2016 (once our permits are finished).

Chris M.
Business Owner
Chris is passionate about craft spirits and cocktails, and about his home borough of Queens, which is why he left a 9-year career as a corporate lawyer in Manhattan to pursue his dream of founding the first craft spirits distillery in Queens since Prohibition. In addition to managing the business and finances of the Astoria Distilling Company, Chris is the principal brand ambassador and assistant distiller for Queens Courage.
