Opened in 2006, at 109 – 10 northern blv. corona n.y., since then we added 3 more locations 21 – 39 45 rd. lic, ny and 33 convent ave ny, and Little Neck NY

Our primary service is wash and fold. We offer various types of soaps, dryer sheets and other services to accommodate to the most demanding needs.

So sad moving away from Long Island city. This place does the best drop off. Sorted all the clothes. They also did an amazing job on winter clothes cleaning.

I like this location the most. The only thing I dislike is that you have to go downstairs with your clothes. Granted they can come and pick up my items I would rather drop them off then have someone walk up all my stairs with the clothes. They take credit card and associate your account with your phone number. I’ve been going to them for about 6 months now and I am very happy with their service. I especially like that they take the time to get my socks in order. Don’t you hate it when you they are mixed? Prices are more then reasonable.

The folks at Express 1 picked up and dropped off my laundry when they said they would. Everything was clean and neatly folded and the prices were very reasonable. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

BEST LAUNDRY AROUND !! Having never been to the area and visiting from out of state, this was a great find. After not sure of where to go i stumbled apon this hidden little gem ! CLEAN, ORGANIZED & the owners couldn’t have been friendlier if they tried. FREE pick up and delivery in the queens location. Great first time user offers and all loads take 24mins !!! love love love this place ! And as an added bonus you can schedule pickup online !

This is the best laundry service I have used in Queens! I used to use another laundry service and it was a terrible experience — I am so happy I found Express 1 laundry. My clothes always come back looking brighter than ever, just as I had bought them. They have never damaged my clothes, unlike other places like Astoria Laundry that have.
I live in a walk-​up and I’m only 100lbs so it’s very hard for me to carry my huge laundry bags to and from the laundromat. The fact that they pick up and deliver makes my life so much easier!
Whenever I call Express 1 they always greet me by my first name and it makes me feel really good that they take pride in having great customer service. I would recommend this laundry service to anyone in Queens with hopes that you receive just as great of an experience as I have — After my terrible experiences with other places like Astoria Laundry, I am very appreciative — thank you Express 1 laundry!

Great staff, very convenient — Went in today to do some laundry. Staff immediately recognized that I was a new customer. I was given a tour of the facility and helped with getting an account set up.
Machines are very efficient and laundromat was very clean. Will be giving them my business for the foreseeable future.

Just moved to LIC and the closest laundry is at least five blocks, had a hard time finding a place that would pick and deliver. They picked up on two hours noticed dropped off early the next day and my laundry smells fabulous. Couldn’t be happier.

I had my down winter coat cleaned here for a very expensive fee ($ 35 or something? which you will find anywhere). I washed this coat the year before and it took me 5 hours, so I thought it would be worth the fee. Unless they don’t actually wash it.
The downside (haha, get it?) was that they didn’t really wash it thoroughly or something. It had a slight smell, from my trip to china, where it absorbed unbelievable amounts of cigarette smoke and smog. I didn’t even smell detergent on it. Big fail.
The rest of their shirt washing/​pressing is fine.

This place is a total waste of time and energy. The first time we tried them it was fine. The next week the person who picks up the laundry just never came and when we called to complain he argued with us saying he was there an hour before the scheduled pickup time and no one was home (a flat out lie). He told us he was going to come the next morning and surprise, he never did. I wouldn’t trust this guy with my clothes after how rude and unreliable he was to us.

First time I used them, they picked up the laundry and delivered the next day. Good, right? However, they mixed my laundry with someone else’s and charged me for both and delivered it combined. I had to sort through what was mine and not and they came back to pick up the other person’s laundry. They did offer my money back or a free wash. I chose to give them another chance and took the free wash the next week. The pick up the next week was over an hour late. I had to call several times before she sent someone over to pick up the laundry. Wash was fine. This week I arranged for pick up on Sunday from 8 – 10 am. They never showed up. Three weeks of frustration is not worth my time. Now searching for decent, fair priced laundromat in LIC.
