I came to Ragan Pilates after hip surgery and a year of PT. I never thought I would be active again and within one year I have no more hip or lower back pain. I had taken other Pilates classes before, at gyms but Ragan Pilates is a much more hands on, personalized and professional experience. If you want to get fit & or feel good then try it!
