Fabriclean, aka NYC Clean, is terrible. They lie flat-​out about when your laundry will arrive and do little to fix the problem. They would tell me my laundry would arrive in the morning at a certain time but then never showed up– 3 TIMES! When they picked it up (on a Saturday) they told me my laundry would be ready on a Tuesday– it’s Friday and they still haven’t brought it back. Whatever you do– do not use this company!!! Though their website
makes it seem like they are a legit business, clearly they are not. They fail to deliver on time and have rude customer service.
