Seriously my favorite banking location in the LBC. Conveniently located in Ralph’s with operating hours much more accommodating than standard branches, this spot also has some of the friendliest bankers I have encountered! They treat each customer with value and respect and always have a smile. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and they always remember my face and small personal details which really gives it more of a small family business feel. Love it!!!

These are some of the friendliest Wells Fargo associates I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. There are some establishments whose employees wear their distaste right on their sleeves; where their disdain is as palpable as the putrid air near the dumpster of any Taco Bell. Not these guys! Smiling faces everywhere. I am happy to come here. And this location is super convenient because it’s open later than most. There is never a line. Maybe I’m just lucky. Or it could be that everyone sees me coming and just gets out of the way. I would like to believe that was it… but it probably isn’t.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced from a bank. There convenient hours of operation makes it that much better. They are open till 7pm during the week and till 4pm on Sundays… yeah on Sundays!

I live about 15 miles from this bank BUT I choose to come in twice a month to deal with my business accounts here because I never get the run around like I do at the other bank. They are very good and efficient and always make you feel very welcomed! The Store Manager Hortencia is always a pleasure to deal with she’s always smiling, happy and very very responsive to any questions someone else may struggle to answer. I think this is why that whole team works great together. I can’t say the same for the previous bank I was going to.

Run, don’t walk away from this branch. Deposited a large check into my savings. Teller made a mistake and deposited into someone else’s account by accident supposedly. I spent 3 days being run-​around, trying to solve this since they didn’t have the resources to solve it for me at first.
