I really liked this location. First of all, it isn’t far from another Unleashed in LBC however this one has a self wash and the other one doesn’t! Good to know, for when you’re leaving Rosie’s Dog Beach with a sandy, smelly pup! It is about 10 mins away from the dog beach so not bad at all. Part of a large shopping center, so parking is easy peasy.
Everyone was super nice and friendly. They have two tubs for their self-​wash – 10 bucks! I highly recommend it because they provide the shampoo, conditioner, brushes, combs, towels, blow dryer. No clean up at all.
This location seemed smaller than other Unleasheds I have been too but we still enjoyed it and found what we were looking for.

My review is based solely on the 3 employees working today when I went into the store. 1 guy 2 girls all in their early 20s. I picked up a clearance item that wasn’t marked with a price and asked how much it was. I was met with an annoyed look from girl 1 who had to stop her conversation with girl 2 to answer my question. They didn’t have any desire to help us or make any suggestions. I bought an ID tag and couldn’t figure out how to get it out of the odd CD player type case it was in. I ask girl 1, who sees me struggling but offers no help… in fact pretends not to see me even though I’m directly in front of her… and her answer is «it’s like a cassette case.» Wow, thanks. Still wasn’t opening so you’d think at this point the employee who is very familiar with this product would offer to open it for me but you’d be wrong. I dunno, maybe I expect too much from these people. I’ve worked for some of the biggest names in customer service and I know it’s a difficult industry but if you don’t like it, leave! And when you have customers in your shop save your personal conversations for later and help them! Probably won’t be back.

All the workers are super friendly here. Took my pup in for puppy play time and the trainer Alex was really nice and patient! They don’t have much supply but it’s a convenient store. Will be back for all puppy play times!

A little slow, but they have all the things. There’s a small sample of literally every basic need for cat and dog care. I really appreciate not having to dig through aisles of fish and ferret stuff.

I like this place. The people are very friendly, but I would not recommend taking your dogs here to shower them if they don’t have there flea meds. My dogs were flea free until I took them here to bathe them. Came home and I got all bit up. I checked them and sure enough it was fleas. But the customer service is great here.

I went here to get supplies for my new kitten but I was slightly unimpressed. They have a large amount of cat food but it’s not super organized. I wish they put kitten food all together in one section so I don’t need to read EVERY bag available. It was also sort of hard to get any employees attention for help.
The selection was a little small for my taste in terms of cat toys, shampoo, and what not but it wasn’t a bad experience. I’ll probably just head to a bigger pet store next time since I still have much to stock up on.

Staff was very courteous and attentive. They supply everything you need to wash your dog. A big plus for me was area was very clean.

The workers here are amazing! I always come here to get my doggie supplies. Everyone here is so helpful and cool. Thank you for being such a great neighbor pet store.

Great little store!!! Our Zelda is always excited to go into this store and everyone is so welcoming and helpful. What the store lacks in size it makes up for with its good selection and awesome products. Zelda is currently attending the puppy 1 training offered, and I’m very happy with the trainer Jaimie. She’s knowledgeable and has great tips for problems with you pup at home too. It’s worth the price!

This location is good but didn’t carry my puppy’s brand of food anymore. Found it at the 6^th & Redondo location.

This is a great location. It is smaller than most Unleashed stores, but they’re just as good. Look for Ross and Rite Aid and you’ll see the store in between the two stores.
They carry the basic products so you can pretty much find anything your pup needs. There’s a self service area for washing your dogs.
There’s plenty of parking. During their grand opening they had a dog and cat adoption event. LBFD was also there for a demonstration of their dogs.
I’m a fan!
