I go there pretty frequently as it’s really close to my house. The prices are consistently lower for gas as well as other items inside. Humberto and the rest of the staff are all really nice as well.

I wish I can give zero stars. I live 2 houses I’m walk there once or twice a day. And they don’t recognize regular customers because they are to busy ignoring them or being douche assholes. The male and female Hispanics with glasses are guilty of thee worst customer service of all time. And I work for customer services. I understand that it is a some what of a bad neighbor hood but you better treat people with more respect. They need to get retrained or fired. It’s unsatisfactory. I will post videos from now on.

This place is convenient for us being close to our business and usually cheaper than most around here. but no more! rather drive all the way to the willow n bellflower gas station with the much much nicer guy! This older hispanic guy w glasses is such an a** Went after work for a can of oil, now you know he can see you pulling up with all those windows so got off and knocked because he wasn’t coming up to the window he turns and ignores me! knock again and he comes up I ask him for a bottle and he says«don’t have any» I’m like what? I see it right there! Then he says«I can’t go over there because it’s wet I just mopped» WOW! What a douche! I just say«ok yea, well thanks anyways» need I say more?

Prepare to be treated like a second class citizen if you don’t speak perfect Spanish. I had to ask«Humberto» three times to turn the air on after I BOUGHT gas. He ignored me twice, giving an apathetic nod each time. I finally asked, in my remedial Spanish, for third time and he finally obliged… Begrudgingly. I understand wanting to speak your native language, but when you run business things like this are unacceptable.

Wow, this place is something. Went and stood in line for 5 mins and the guy in there totally ignores me… but when a pretty chick cuts in line, the asshole just smiles and rung her up.

The worst gas station in Long Beach. Just like the 7 – 11 on Cherry and 7th, at any given time be prepared to be bombarded for spare change or cigarettes from random strangers and thats not even my main gripe. They are closed randomly throughout the day for no reason. We were headed to LA a few months back and tried to get gas and some water for the road. At 3pm they wouldn’t let us in the mini-mart(which is huge) and we could only get gas. This was the second or third time one of my co-workers said this had happened and If you try to call corporate about this location you are hung up on. I went to get gas the other night, needing it desperately and without any other station close by had to, and the guy in the booth reading his newspaper looks at me says«we’re closed» and just continues reading. I’m through with this crap station.

When I’m looking for cheap 76 gas, this is the place I hit up. Usually is 10 – 15 cents cheaper than surrounding 76 stations. Area is a bit shady, there’s always a couple of people walking around saying they’ll pump your gas for a tip or «my van broke down, I got 5 kids, they haven’t eaten in 2 days now, I’m running on empty, we just need $ 20 to get enough gas to get to our Uncle Jimmy’s house in Garden Grove.» Yes, I’ve heard that same story twice now. Poor guy keeps running out of gas at the same station on the way to Uncle Jimmy’s…just plain bad luck if you ask me :(
